Seeing Patches as a sleazy mercenary/info-broker no one likes, nor trust would be hilarious in the DMC or Bayonetta verse. Lady, Bayo, or Jeanne would shoot at him on principle alone. Dante and Nero would mainly throw insults and wisecracks at him. Vergil would find him annoying and threaten to end Patches, if the man did not get out of his vicinity.
Virgil: *Kills Patches*
*Runs across Patches 5 minutes later*
Patches: Can't get rid of me that easily, Friend.

“Square Enix Presents…”

Oh well, looks like these fans will also be eating NFTs.
Triangle strategy(and Live a Live) apparently didn't, so there's some hope that Tactics Orge might also escape such a fate. It appears SE is more interested in shoving them into the big AAA games ATM and ignoring the more niche games. Maybe that's the best we can hope for at this point, that SE leaves the smaller titles alone with it's NFT BS and the damage is confined to the AAA sector.

Also, FF: Tactics remake when?

Oh I mean what exactly were his deliberate errors. I don't know anything about the game, so I can't really tell.
Looks like they just changed the wording deliberately to say the same thing.

But to be fair, here is the thing with a guide like that....

If you are making a guide as to where bosses or items in a game are, then everyone making that kind of guide is going to have the same information on it because the bosses location in the game isn't going to magically change from guide to guide. Same thing for strategy. Like if the bosses weakness is Fire, then every guide will point that out.

So I don't think he really has anything to go on. Though the big company did likely steal it, because it is cheaper to steal from someone who's done all the work than to pay an employee to sink 200 hours into a game and write the same guide that wont have any different information on it anyway. It's very common in the guide sector of the internet that everyone steals shit from other people.

At least it isn't a review this time. Because that's a different thing altogether.

And Switch as well. I appreciate PC gamers are finally getting a chance to play those games "legally" but people clearly want them, so a version for other consoles would be nice.

I'd totally buy some of the remasters on switch. Notably 3-6

Unknown. The only real evidence of its existence is actually a major Nvidia leak*, but word through the electric grapevine is release in february 2023. That seems a little early. Then again, the Tactics Ogre one was only just officially announced and releases in november. So possibly not far off.

* that said, the leak's predictive success rate so far has been high, tho the dates are almost always off

These two gave me a chuckle though. In this case, probably want to add a decade or three.

Maybe they're muslims and follow the islamic calendar? Then they can release in a 100 years and still be ahead of schedule by half a millennium.

Yeah I don't see the logic to putting NFTs in single player remakes (And I mean, looking at it from the perspective of a cold hard cash). It's just not the kind of environment that would support it. NFTs need people constantly talking about them to keep the churn going, so I can't see them putting them on anything that isn't multiplayer focused.
