Zaslav seems content to continue gutting the network, so hopefully he’s also content to have far fewer subscribers.
Is his stratagem working? I mean I know he’s cutting shit left and right and it’s pissing people off but like, has this razor gang approach actually produced the results the place needs to not sink like the Titanic on fast forward?

Has there ever been a case of something being removed from a streaming service then brought back?

The safe bet is on Bautista carrying this flick. Shyamalan’s films are almost becoming caricatures of themselves at this point, but somehow still ultimately worth watching at least once.

I haven't touched any of Shyamalan's films since Unbreakable. Looks interesting, but there's going to be some dumb, super UNO Reverse Card twist within the "twist". I'll wait until it comes on Putlocker or YouTube.

Wow! Jeremy Jahns gives to number 1 something I've actually seen!

I feel like this flew under the radar a bit - I found out from an imugr meme - but after 25 years of mostly fucking up, Ash and Pikachu are being retired from the Pokemon Anime.

Say what you will about the anime, and fans will say much I'm sure, I'm kind of sad to see Ash and his faithful thunder-rat go but at least they let him end on arguably the highest note. There's to be an 11 episode arc to act as Ash's send off, with Brock and Misty so far confirmed as cameos but I'd bet dollars to doughnuts all his travelling companions will show up. Personally I kind of hope Ash and Team Rocket bury the hatchet; I know they had periods where the writers upped their villain cred but its just too difficult to see them as villains when they're basically the most constant presence in Ash's life other than Pikachu.

Regardless, we've two fresh faces to begin a journey with in Not!Spain with what I understand is a focus on exploring the world rather than becoming a master. Now this change in formula could sign the show's death warrant or it could breath new life and fresh blood into its fandom. Either way, I wish it well and hope its new fans get everything they want out of it.

Ash I understand, but I'm genuinely shocked they're willing to let go of Pikachu. The little bastard is worth millions, probably billions by now.

It's weird that Pokemon stuck with Ash and Pikachu for so long while Digimon was regularly changing up the cast and even continuities.

Digimon was always the better anime. Even if the later seasons weren't as good by my measure, they were always trying new things and new characters.
