I must have a sick sense of humor, or find making others suffer some strange satisfaction lol. Since as a trainer I push and work people hard to get their results that they want it's like a sick joy to know that they are sore, but at the same they enjoy having that extra push, and run that extra mile.
As hard as I push my clients I push myself harder, for me it comes down to you have one life, one chance, live it to the fullest. I'll be at the gym I'll do an hour on the eliptical burn around 1,000 calories, then go home, grab my backpack and bike for 20 miles. Then again, I just enjoy the physical activity. Helps though in the end because I have a strong immune system and heal pretty freaking fast.
As for weird diet uhhhhh, I can't eat anything with wheat, flour, or well... all the foods I'd like to generally eat but can't? Salsa and carrots are tasty, so is cottage cheese and pears.
