Damn, World of warcraft didnt help me gain weight as I was very very skinny, but thats because I was so fanatic that I would skip meals.

Now I am working out but to encourage my body to store something and gain weight, muscle mostly. Its not easy either.

Coldstorage already corrected me. Also, doesn't soreness hurt?
Before posting my comment I actually refreshed the page to make sure no one else was banging that drum, I didn't want to annoy you.

I have given up Soda (except maybe one from McDonalds if I'm thirsty or one at dinner) and I mainly stick to juice and unsweetened Iced Tea. My big thing exercisewise is going on my bike more often, Skidmore College is 2 seconds away from my house and there are enough hills on campus for me to get a good workout going into (I am not a runner so biking is my weight loser)
With weights though, I usually do biceps/back triceps/shoulders legs/chest and make sure I do each regiment until I am slightly fatigued but not fatigued enough that I can't do my next segment.......I usually feel it two days later
careful with that juice, fruit contains a sick amount of sugar, and is as bad for you as regular coke. I learned this the hard way ._.
Fructose destroys teeth too.

So does potato starch, gets into gaps in the teeth and rots them there.

I decided that today I would take up a routine that is created to absolutely rape the user. I'll tell you all about it after my economics lecture.

Dude, that's being a masochist.
I'm sorry, but that just really bothered me.

I must have a sick sense of humor, or find making others suffer some strange satisfaction lol. Since as a trainer I push and work people hard to get their results that they want it's like a sick joy to know that they are sore, but at the same they enjoy having that extra push, and run that extra mile.

As hard as I push my clients I push myself harder, for me it comes down to you have one life, one chance, live it to the fullest. I'll be at the gym I'll do an hour on the eliptical burn around 1,000 calories, then go home, grab my backpack and bike for 20 miles. Then again, I just enjoy the physical activity. Helps though in the end because I have a strong immune system and heal pretty freaking fast.

As for weird diet uhhhhh, I can't eat anything with wheat, flour, or well... all the foods I'd like to generally eat but can't? Salsa and carrots are tasty, so is cottage cheese and pears.

I eat quite healthy, I don't go without fruit or veg for any meal and I don't snack. The best diet is 3 good meals a day, which I do, but I also have my protein and mid-morning break. As for exercise, I run twice a week and workout three times a week. I push myself, but not to the point of serious pain, you wreck your muscles that way, and the process is slower.

my exercise regime is quite weird. i'll spend a few weeks every so often just doing crazy amounts of cardio and weights in my house, and then i'll rest fora few weeks. i once just exercised nearly non-stop for like 4 hours about a years ago. i'm still fat though. i'm thinking about getting a gym membership soon and trying to get rid of what's left of my belly fat.

I've been running every day for a couple of months (with about a day's rest every week), and work out my upper body and abs at home every night (and have been doing so for a year and a half, and got results). I watch what I eat, but don't go overboard on it. I find it very easy to stop eating crap, but I'm not going to starve myself. I lost 3 kilos just last week.

Boxing and judo have helped. I love working out, setting myself targets. For example, I'm going to aim for finishing a 4-mile run in 25 minutes. Starting it all up is the hardest part, but it becomes routine very quickly.

I really push myself at the gym and I view pain as the goal. 2) I am perfectly willing to take up a brutal exercise routine, but I will not diet. I'll lift weights until I'm stiff and sore. I'll run until I want to die, but I won't stop eating twinkies. How about you? Do you have any weird workout regiments or odd diets?
Note: I'm actually getting good results from this plan. I've gone down 2 pants sizes and my lats are rock hard.(Those are the muscles on either side of your neck)
lats are on your back, the ones on your neck are called traps or 'trapezus'. if you are stiff and sore you might want to add a bit of streching after your workout to remove the lactic acid from your muscles.

OT: i go to a workout called Boot Camp 3 times a week and i also try to eat well and go to pickup hockey. last week i lost 5 pounds. the boot camp is a very tough workout.

I can't work out. I can diet, but exerting myself by exercising makes me feel like I want to die.

Nothing odd. I've been doing push-ups on a neigh-daily basis for some months now. Started out with 5, now I do 2X35 in the morning and 40 before bedtime. I also go to the gym once a week and my job requires me to walk and lift a lot, helping me stay in shape a bit. I'm not perfect, especially my stomach needs work, but I can't really do sit-ups due to lower-back issues.

As for dieting, I don't do it. I eat pretty healthy and varied. Lots of fruit juice, but I'm still a fan of cake and other baked goods. And chocolate, delicious delicious chocolate...

Pain is gain my friend. One has to suffer if one wants to improve his physique, there are no short-cuts.

Actually, Z suffers from a common problem. There are many people who don't get stiff, or tired, or 'burned out' when working out: they feel like their dying, for real.

I can sympathize. The muscles, bones and joints in my legs are blasted to hell and back. My hamstrings are shorter than they should be (And multiple Doctors and 5 years of trying to stretch them have told me nothing will fix them).

Some people just were not made to be super physical (Luckily for me, my problems extend into running and flexibility only. I can still kick through concrete).

I don't workout because I'm underweight (one of the only things I don't like about myself), and there's no reason to workout. I'd like to find a way to do the opposite and get to a normal weight for myself. lol

No matter how much I eat, or what I eat, I always stay between the same 5 pound range. One day I'm at the low number, one day I'll check and I'm at the higher one. But never any higher or lower than those two. lol

You might want to stop doing those. Its a punishment exercise, and in basic, you'll be doing A LOT of those. By the time your done, you'll hate them with a passion.

Otherwise, good stuff.
