Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2 (Bought the new collection despite my old discs working)

Star Wars: Battlefront and Republic Commando (Had Battlefront 1 and 2 on PS2, already had a copy of RepCom, bought the Collection)

Rome Total War Gold (I got the battle chest edition that came with Medieval 2 and Kingdoms)

Incidentally every older copy has gone to my brother so we can play against each other.

I bought Just Cause 2 for 360 back when I was using a terrible laptop for PC things, played the shit out of it, got a better computer, and bought the game off Steam when it was on sale. I had actually always said that the game felt like it should've been in first person, and lucky me, there's a first person mod. So I played the shit out of it again.

I also bought Diablo 2 twice, the second time once the first set of disks wouldn't play, scratched or something like that, i can't remember. But buying the same game for multiple platforms, never.

I bought Red Alert three times. Fist when it came out, again to get the spasion packs in a bundle, and once more to get the (AWESOME!!!) soundtrack.

I also have many version of Heroes of Might and Magic III. One when it was released, another for the expansion packs, another for the DVD version (so I would have everything on a single disk) and finaly another DVD to keep at my parents house for when I visit (I think my sister stole that one!).

Also, I have now bought many of my oldest games on GOG, because of operating system compatability.

Halo: Combat Evolved, have the original Xbox version, then it was on sale for download on Xbox Live so bought it there aswell so I didn't need to find the disc anymore, and then recently bought Halo: Anniversery, which well, it's the same game, so yeah.

Also, Half-Life 2, Left 4 Dead 2 and Team Fortress 2 (bought The Orange Box for the 360 and then got them when I eventually went back to Steam.).

Oh! And the World of Warcraft games about 4-5 times to do some Refer-a-Friend

I have Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones on PC and PS2, just because I saw the PS2 version on sale and wanted to try a different version.
I got a second copy of one of the Sims 2 expansions after my first one broke.
I got Portal again after my original Steam account was shut down for reasons that I never really understood.
