During his interview with Rockstar, he says that he talked about "details of his street life," including how his gang used to ride around on bicycles. There doesn't appear to be information available about something that might be more specific than these bicycles.

I'm pretty sure a lot of people ride bikes (I did too; where's my money Rockstar, you used my likeness!) and I highly doubt his life is anything like CJ's unless he's ready to show us that jetpack he stole from a secret military complex. Really though, Rockstar should pay up before Washington goes to his airfield in the desert, hops in his fighter jet that he once stole off an aircraft carrier, and uses it to blow up Rockstar HQ.

Seriously, I hope this case goes to one of those judges that will flame the hell out of this guy before dismissing his idiotic case.

Yay because thats totaly what I said. San Andreas is so hip and new and every last cent hasnt been milked out of it so it is totaly obvious that it isnt just a money grab.

I think this really depends on how much of a likeness it is. If rockstar really did basically copy his entire life and image and use it in the game, especially after interviewing him about it, he's entitled to money.

Rockstar is a really shady ass company (read this and the comments if you don't believe me) and I wouldn't put this past them.

CJ's likeness is based on Christopher "Young Maylay" Bellard.

Besides, I'd find it hard to believe that he owns an empty aircraft field in the desert where he stores his stolen $60 million jetpack and his stolen jet, and also owns hefty shares in a triad casino, while also being the manager of a popular rapper, while also having to go up against the corrupt C.R.A.S.H team, based on a real-life scandal, who killed his mother and now wants to kill him. Of course, then there's the fact that he also killed a drug king pin, right? Not to mention the fact that a government agent was also using him to fight against other government agencies. Yeah. This is totally based off of Washington's life. Please. *facepalm* But hey, while we're on that subject, I rode around on bicycles in my neighborhood with my friends when I was younger and still do.
