Hahah, seriously, on what is taxpayer money wasted on these days. On THIS?

That's it, I claim the internet was developed based on my idea that people overheard, while I was thinking in the womb.

So he was interviewed for something with the game, then he never saw a screenshot or anything from it until 7 years later? Yeah, like that is believable...

Hey, y'know, I used to ride around my neighborhood with bikes! I think Rockstar owes me money too!
Holy shit... me too!

We'll sue them together!
Then I'll sue you, because you did what I did and didn't give me money.
Then I'll sue you, because suing him for doing what I did was my idea!

During his interview with Rockstar, he says that he talked about "details of his street life," including how his gang used to ride around on bicycles. There doesn't appear to be information available about something that might be more specific than these bicycles.
<IMG SRC="http://s91291220.onlinehome.us/formica/bike.jpg" ALIGN=RIGHT>And now I'm picturing a bunch of guys playing hip-hop music loud and trying to look badass while riding around on this kind of bike.

I'm not racist but a lot of black guys seem to do whatever it takes to seem gangster and this seems like the most elaborate way someone has ever attempted to do that.
Yes, a lot of black people act gangster, eat chicken and watermelons and listen to rap music. You're either a troll, or an idiot.

Anyway, he's just a back-up singer. For hip-hop doesn't that basically just equate to grunting and saying "Yeah!" randomly?

I'm pretty sure they also need to use some variation of the pharse "motherfuckin'" and "*****" as well.
Wow, this thread is seemingly full of idiots.
That said, this guy making claims against Rockstar must have had quite a life, what with being the first man on earth to use a jetpack, especially one stolen from a high security military base. I imagine his bicycle gang had something to do with it.
For someone so quick to call other people negative things you yourself clearly don't put much brain power into what you type. I am neither of the things you claim that I am, I just go by what I see. So just do yourself a favor and stop embarrassing yourself.
Sorry, how did i "not put much brain power" into what i typed? I know the word "troll" gets thrown around far too often, but it seems like that's exactly what you're doing. Either that, or you really are an idiot. Let's analyse what you said shall we?
"I'm not racist": So before you started, you knew what you were saying would be controversial/stupid and/or racist.
"a lot of black guys seem to do whatever it takes to seem gangster": So how could this, in your head, not seem racist? Openly suggesting that blacks do their best to act as a racial stereotype...you know what never mind. It's probably best to ignore you than get into a flamewar.
Re-read his response. Maybe you'll get it.
He clarified he wasn't racist so people wouldn't mistakenly accuse him of "what he sees".
And you're assuming "a lot" means nearly all black people. It means a lot of who he has seen himself.
Really, the people who pull the racist card on others so quickly are the truly racist ones.
Like he said, stop embarrassing yourself. :p

So what, his argument is pulling the "all black people look alike" stereotype? Because that sounds like all he has. I'm pretty sure a lot of people ride bikes (I did too; where's my money Rockstar, you used my likeness!) and I highly doubt his life is anything like CJ's unless he's ready to show us that jetpack he stole from a secret military complex. Really though, Rockstar should pay up before Washington goes to his airfield in the desert, hops in his fighter jet that he once stole off an aircraft carrier, and uses it to blow up Rockstar HQ.

Seriously, I hope this case goes to one of those judges that will flame the hell out of this guy before dismissing his idiotic case.

Hold on to your laughing hats, I'm channeling the Lame Pun Coon...

You used to sing backup for Cypress Hill, and now want to sue RockStar for $250 million for likeness?

This guy must be... insane in the membrane!(rimshot)

Thanks, I'll be here all day, folks.

I don't understand what you're seeing...
Let me re-base this on what you've just said. He's seen a lot of 'dem "black folk" on MTV auto-tuning along to something about hoes, and he's suddenly decided that this is what a lot of black people do?
I'd rather not understand how you work things out, lest i become one of those "idiot" types.

With skills like that at his disposal surely he couldn't just try and find another job? There must be other people looking for his particular expertise.

WOW, another pointless lawsuit by someone who just wants to get rich quick. Gotta love our judicial system and all the pointless lawsuits.
Because a judicial system that bars people from suing faceless corporations is totally a better way, amirite? &#3250;_&#3250;

I think this really depends on how much of a likeness it is. If rockstar really did basically copy his entire life and image and use it in the game, especially after interviewing him about it, he's entitled to money.

Rockstar is a really shady ass company (read this and the comments if you don't believe me) and I wouldn't put this past them.
CJ's likeness is based on Christopher "Young Maylay" Bellard.

Besides, I'd find it hard to believe that he owns an empty aircraft field in the desert where he stores his stolen $60 million jetpack and his stolen jet, and also owns hefty shares in a triad casino, while also being the manager of a popular rapper, while also having to go up against the corrupt C.R.A.S.H team, based on a real-life scandal, who killed his mother and now wants to kill him. Of course, then there's the fact that he also killed a drug king pin, right? Not to mention the fact that a government agent was also using him to fight against other government agencies. Yeah. This is totally based off of Washington's life. Please. *facepalm* But hey, while we're on that subject, I rode around on bicycles in my neighborhood with my friends when I was younger and still do. Where the hell's my money?

Well I haven't played the game, hence why I caused my statement with an IF. Apparently that deserved me a huge pile of sarcasm.
