How do you feel about being quoted?

I feel scared. I always worry I'm in trouble - not even with the Mods, most of the time, just that someone, somewhere disagrees with me. I hate disappointing or upsetting people, can't stand it, it literally makes me feel sick. That's why it's always a relief when it's just someone appreciating my Muse avatar[footnote]That is not a hint. But hey, if you like it... don't let me stop you [/footnote].

I love it when someone quotes me, I don't even give a flying fuck if it was to troll or piss me off. They took the time to quote me and that's that!

Usually it's to agree with me, add stuff on to my point/s, argue with me or to compliment my avatar.

For me I get the excitement of having said something important enough for someone to want to reply or expand on what I've said. That and the worry that I've posted something sounding quite aggressive and it's going to be someone calling me out on being a prick.

Yeah this is exactly what I was meant when I talked about "people believe so blindly that their opinions are the absolute truth." Normally, I makes me feel slightly exicted, because there is an off chance of someone wanting an actual discussion. Which can be fun.

In the case of being quoted by Graham in the Feed Dump, it made me feel first confused, than aroused, then confused again, because I had to look for pants.

Usually when I get quoted I ask a question and it gets answered, so I'm generally happy.. (I get more quoted on youtube by asking questions since there are no threads, you just ask a question)

And I almost never get trolled.. So, I don't have to fear those..

So yeah, I generally feel happy when I get quoted : )

Usually dread. I very rarely receive a quote for something that is deep and meaningful, it's usually because I've said something that is controversial and it's pissed someone off somewhere. I have a tendency to be misinterpreted on here.
