I am one of those people who have a lot of trouble sleeping. What are some ways that help someone get to sleep faster, or more comfortably?
I'm sorry if anyone finds this offensive, or if it appears I am being blatantly realistic but... Has anyone noticed how it is frequently gamers who have trouble sleeping? I think it's because most gamers play games all day and especially before they go to sleep, this would cause your mind to be active and full of things that had happened prior. Also it is quite common that gamers often have inside jobs that require little to no exercise, and when they go home they often start playing games, can you see the problem with this? Well the problem is that they get no exercise and exercise is great when you need to sleep because it help makes your body tired. If you play games all day, and your job or profession requires little to no physical effort to be done well than you will still have a lot of stored energy for when you go to sleep.
So in conclusion, if you want to get to sleep easier than stop playing video games, watching television, listening to powerful music and anything that will help keep your mind or body alert for at least an hour before your designated sleeping time. Also it would be most prudent if you took at least an hour a day to do some exercise, and I don't mean walking to work or school, like push ups, sit ups and anything similar. Or getting a hobby which forces a lot of physical work would be good to.
Most of what I just recommended might seem superfluous to some people, but try it for a week or two, I guarantee some positive results when you try to go to sleep.
