Around 4 hours a night on weekdays, I have terrible trouble getting to sleep, but on the weekends I'll usually make up for my lack of sleep during the week by sleeping probably 30 hours during the weekend.
Or at least that was true when I was still in school and actually had to wake up in the morning, i'm now getting about 7-8 hours a night and it is 100 times better than just 4.
How are you handling that? I suspect also that i might have apnea since i've been constantly very sleepy for past few weeks, no matter how much i sleep.
It depends, normally I'll sleep about 7 hours but if I'm round a mates it normally dips to about 2/3, even if we go to bed earlier I just don't sleep properly round other peoples houses. Luckily a day without sleep is fine for me
it doesn't matter, i only sleep until the 6 or 7 o clock hour, then i cant sleep anymore, only sit there bored until i figure its time to get up. on average i have 7 or 8, and apparently thats just fine!
yeah usually 8-9 on the weekdays, 10-11 on the weekends if I dont have to work, but sometimes spontaneous parties happen and I end up getting 5-6 hours (if I have to work the next morning)
At least 6 hours, but I like to sleep longer if I don't need anything to get done (around 10-11). Mainly because I like to dream. So I'd say average 7,5-8 hours.
