How long do you sleep? (Average)

If I sleep more than ten hours, I get a huge headache.

Keep going to bed at 9-ish, but then I read until about 11pm and invariably wake up around 6am.

pretty much exactly 8 hours. 11pm to 7am. That's based off the assumption that I actually fall to sleep at 11pm, because I got to bed just after 10pm and take ages to get to sleep.
