I like my pear cider, stronger than that pansy stuff people call beer and it tastes better, too.
I don't drink to get wasted, so 4 500ml bottles of beer is my limit, back to back. If I have all day, I'll enjoy a bottle of gin, with tonic.
I'll drink whatever around me that happens to be alcohol, and I'll drink it until I feel like throwing up, or I pass out. Record would be a 24 case of Alexander Keith's, a 24 case of Carling, and a few shots of I believe it was rum, can't remember, though.
I'm in college, but I'm a casual drinker. Little to no beer at all; my first one was a Natural Light, which probably explains my aversion to it. A Bud Light with some cheese is really good though. I like whiskies, rum, and vodka. Also, I've never been drunk.
My dad and I make wine in our basement, so I drink a lot of that too.

Actually one of my joys of MMO gaming is to get drunk and do PvP. Unfortunately I usually get my ass kicked when that happens but when I do win it is true warrior bliss.
Overall, probably 2-3 servings a day mostly, spread out over a few hours. I'm working on a couple glasses of wine now and will sip a shot of whiskey later tonight.

If I am drinking only beer, I take about 12 to 15 of them before I'm done. When I go out to a bar and have shots/mixed drinks, it depends. Mostly on how poorly I am doing on drinking games. While in Japan I played a game with a bar owner and ten of his friends called Ping Pong Pak. After the 10th tequila shot, I don't remember much else. ( I suck at that game )
Dude... too bad it is so hard to find, but pear cider on a hot day is like the most refreshing drink in all existence. Imba imba! Not sure it is better than a good microbrew but the two are close.Booze Zombie said:

I drink very rarely, and never beer. Beer tastes like ass. Hell, I can't stand mixed drinks either. But on that rare occasion when I do drink, I'll down 7-20 shots of whiskey or vodka or even tequila over the course of the night. But I never get drunk; apparently I turn into an asshole when I get drunk, so I don't do it anymore.

At house parties, usually I'll just bring my hip-flask full of Rum (Coruba/Traditional Jamaican is the best 
), or Tequila. Quality stuff, so I can just have it straight.
But my flask only holds 8 oz (8 shots) worth, so I'm usually only slightly tipsy by the end of it. Especially since it's stretched out for the whole night...
On a night to the clubs/pubs with friends, well... it varies.
Usually will only have a few drinks throughout the night, but last time I went out I met an old friend of mine. He bought about 6 rounds, I bought the other 6, so 12 drinks each

I'm buddhist. It goes against one of the five precepts to even smell someone else's alchohol, let alone drink it.
I don't drink often, but I can consume more than my Mom can before the alcohol starts to affect me. But then again, the Irish blood comes from my Dad's side of the family.
I usually drink coolers (vodka, rum, etc), but I'll also enjoy my Uncle's home made rum/eggnog mix at Christmas.
The most I've ever had is maybe... 4-6 Strawberry Smoothie flavoured Rum coolers in one sitting. But honestly, I've never been drunk in my life, maybe a bit of a buzz, but I've never been flat out drunk.
