WoW will end with ten million pasty nerds seeing the sunlight for the first time in years and bursting into flame due to how unadjusted to the sun they are.

WoW will end NOTHING! Clear ? WoW is a MMO and has and WILL never have anything to do with the story of Warcraft 1, 2 and 3 + Frozen throne. I am WAITING for Warcraft 4 (And OH YES! It WILL be released, like it or not) and then we will all find out.

WoW has NOTHING to do with the story and I don't care how it ends - because it CAN'T end

OMG someone else gets it!
Now i can die happy.

I don't think the OP suggested how it would end in regards to the Warcraft storyline. Just how it would end.

In my opinion WoW is going to start dying when 3.2 drops , once all the challenge is taken out what will be left is a shallow husk of what it used to be. Aion and Warhammer dont look too bad but when The Old Republic drops I'll be moving to the land of lightsabers, lazers, and disgustingly cute things.

Well, it can't be deamons, it can't be undead, it can't be old gods, it can't be the black dragon flight, it can't be the insect swarms... i'm think a threat from space... possibly a more advance alien race that doesn't use steampunk tech .

There's a lot more ground to cover Lore-wise.
Saregas slumbers, there are at least 2 more old gods (Possibly 4, as C'thun is being resurrected and the old god in Darkshore could be raised by the cultists) and Ysondre has gone rogue, and I'm sure there's a whole lot more I'm not thing of.

EDIT: Oh, and Deathwing!

And if WoW does end, it'll be with Saregas, he is without a doubt the largest enemy in Azeroth.

Ysondre? I think you mean Ysera (assuming you're referring to the Green Aspect). Ysondre's already dead. We killed him/her/it along with Emeriss, Taerar, and Lethon back in vanilla WoW.

Everyone gets girlfriends and the world of warcraft quietly fades away from memory.
Then everything will be as it should be.

I say this having seen what amazon recommends to users that purchased lich king. Needless to say it's not another game...

Ah right, sorry, similar names.

All I know is I'm probably going to reroll today, considering 3.2 just hit and I play a ret paladin, they've made me have to completely reconsider my rotation -_-.

Oh and to every "Clever" person on this site who likes to come into WoW threads to joke about player stereotypes or declare your hatred for the game instead of letting the people interested in the subject discuss the topic, you're trolling, stop it. Please.

Hahaha, hey, this thread is just begging for hatred :p

But in any case, WoW isn't a bad game. People can complain and whine all they want, but to have that many subscribers means you did something right.

Though, I quit WoW about 8 months ago and this 3.2 patch STILL pisses me off. It's a desperation move to compete with all the MMOs that are about to hit the market in the next few months. They know they're going to get hit pretty hard, so they're aiming for the casual market to replace the "hardcore" people that are going to leave.

Actually yeah, add 3.2 to my list of the downfall XD

EDIT: Also, just noticed the changes to dodge. I'm feeling for the rabid rogue fans right now. Ouch. "Hey, we crapped out your dodge, but now you can use axes! That's good, right? Right?" There's a player base that's about to drop off the face of the world. Of Warc--*shot*

It may end one day. I think Everquest is still going. If EQ is still going I have hope for WoW.
