Leave him in the vacuum of space. The explosive decompression will cause him to explode and regenerate constantly, leaving him in total pain. And then he'd run out of oxygen. If that doesn't work, just let the radiation from the sun cook him to death long before his charred remains freeze.
Disintegrate his molecular bonds, and watch his atoms fly apart, unless I got that science completely wrong.
Chain his arms across his chest so he's puncturing himself with his claws, slap Magneto's helmet on his head to protect from Cerebro location, encase in concrete, encase concrete in adamantium, and bury very far down beneath very large building, preferably encased in more concrete.

It's against Marvel policy to retcon Wolverine's powers downward. They'd need to hire me as EIC to do anything about it... which would be good for people who want The Punisher and Deadpool in every single comic. Not so good for sane people, though.The Rookie Gamer said:
