this is exactly the same situation I was in like 6 months ago
I wrote her a poem ( I don;t know if you can but try )
in the poem tell her like everything thats on your mind.
most girls will melt like sweet chocolate ( I am not good looking but I got the girl XD )

It depends on the girl, surely. If you're already doing really well, then you probably know what she's into. Buy her a gift that's actually relevant to what she wants for no reason. Ask her to pick a movie and watch it with her with a bottle of wine. Really, the thing here is to realise that the answer to the question "What do women want?" is simply, "which woman?" None of us on this forum are going to know what the best thing to do is, because none of us know her, and if you're worth your salt you can figure out what she wants and make it happen.

I live in LA, and if I want to do something sweet for a girl, I know I can't just buy flowers from a Mexican standing at a freeway entrance for $3 and give them to her. I have to drive out to Death Valley in the one time a year when all the rare flowers bloom and make her a bouquet of desert flowers.
Anyone can make a mix tape/cd/iTunes playlist, you have to make a grand gesture in whatever way you can.
It has to be something you can't or wouldn't do for other girls.
If you want to just buy something, then it has to be like this: My first GF (way back when) told me offhandedly about this ring that she lost and that she loved. It was gold with silver entwined. It meant a lot to her.
So I spent a long fucking time looking for a gold and silver entwined ring. It cost me like $225, which was a lot of money back in high school when you don't have a credit card.
I didn't tell her how much it cost, of course.
Anyways, if she tells you a story about how she used to have The Dark Crystal on VHS and used to watch it everyday, go on Ebay and get a pristine copy or scour pawn shops for that VHS.
Point is, it has to be something that would only mean anything to her, and her alone. Make her feel like, as far as you're concerned, she's the only girl in the entire world.

Go hiking. Take day packs. Fill the day packs with picnic wares and things like that (make sure to include a blanket on which to sit, and try to find a place that supplies shade). Have a picnic while out hiking. Then pack up, and head back.
