well I remember I cought(sp? sorry I never seem to spell this word right so I tend to avoid using it) a girl while she tripped it made her blush so it seemed to be a nice gesture try something like that (just dont trip her!)
buy a bucket of kittens. or puppies. any small, cute, internet meme based animals will do the trick
This is easy. Get a telescope, and climb into the tree right outside her house. When she leaves, fall out of the tree and say something like "Oh, hey! I was just...um...watching birds...coffee?" Walk with a limp afterwards. This will win her over because-
1- injured guys get the sympathy vote
2- she'll know that you weren't really birdwatching, and realize that you care enough to spy on her from a tree outside her house

Took a kids book with big pictures, put white-out on all the text, and wrote my own captions about her, with a sense of humour and understanding of her qualities, and why I liked her. It made her laugh, made her feel appreciated, and showed how much I cared.
Be warned, it takes a close relationship and a deep knowledge of her character and sense of humour to pull off! But it is well worth the effort.

Simple flowers from inter flora deliverd to her door with simple message, "because your wonderful" or something like that.you can pick the day of delivery so you know that she will be in... folowed up by meal at good quality resturant, italian normally works as none offensive and wide menu selection...
