I think I'd actually go with EA, in a high enough position that they can't force me to rush games, they've got the resources and expertise to allow me to make the games I want, the way I want them, and take my time doing it. They could also aquire any legal rights I needed. I believe I could turn their reputation around a bit, if I could just hide their logo a bit at first. They've been behind some rather excellent games after all, it's the bad ones are overshadowing it. They already own a lot of IP I'd love to take a crack at, which is an advantage. I have a design document for a Spore sequel much longer than I'd care to admit, and it'd be nice to get to use them. I'd also feel less tied down.
While it would be great to work for Bioware, I think I'd rather keep them as a rival. They seem like they're hardly trying with their games, they write a good (great) story and then just don't bother with the game telling it, releasing games with pretty awful, outdated mechanics just because they can, if I could jump in and start making some waves in the same little niche they've stuck themselves in (really, name a competitor making the same kind of games, Obsidian does NOT count), I could probably inspire them to try harder with the game part as well, which would benefit us both.
Obsidian would probably be a great experience, but it would be frustrating, since you'd always be scrounging for time to make ends meet, they've got too little money. I think I'd enjoy working there since I'd feel I was helping them get out of it, but they already have great talent in most areas except scripting, and that's sadly not my place. While I wouldn't do more harm than good, I wouldn't add enough for it to be worthwhile.
So yeah, I'd actually go with EA. Perhaps I could nudge some people into buying up Obsidian and sinking some money into it, and let them actuallly finish their games for once, which would be neat.
Then again, any of the big ones would be an interesting experience, for a while. Those three I would be content working for a longer time though. At Valve, Blizzard or Bungie I wouldn't be able to stick it out for more than a single game, I think, I'd just feel too tied down.
