Infantry: Spartans from Halo along with COG Gears from Gears of War. I'd literally have an unstoppable horde of invincible human tanks.

Vehicle: Mass produced Metal Gear REX's. Even more unstoppable tanks, unless Solid Snake happens to be on the other side.

Aircraft: The starship Enterprise along with a Borg cube.

Uber unit: Batman. I don't need to explain this.

Hero: Commander Shepard. No human could ever match Shepard, not now, not ever.

Beat that!

I like your topic. It be cool and funny. Let's see here...

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Now, I have a far more evil army than this one, but I'll leave that to anyone who's curious enough to find out. In the meantime, here is Jack's version of the Enclave.

Infantry - The Enclave is a highly-secretive organization of people with no face beyond that of the black powersuit. Therefore here...you have the soldiers in mechanically-strong armor, wielding souped-up plasma rifles for long range and Ripper-type weapons for melee. Upgrades for infantry call for the surprise Replicant, which is a humanoid robot built directly into the powersuit for three times the strength and durability. Also, they've got a haymaker that can stop a bus.

Vehicle - Since there are air units, I'll assume this is for ground vehicles. Thus, I present to you the Enclave hovercraft, which is jet-driven and more-or-less tank-like in design with both forward plasma cannons and a mounted plasma turret. This hover-vehicle is fairly streamlined and may double as a troop carrier over land and sea, as per design. Its speed makes it a rather versatile piece of armor whose only real flaw is that it's not better armed. Upgrades, however, will include missles.

Air - C'mon, you knew it was coming. The Enclave Vertibird is an achievement of science made to essentially build a better kind of helicopter. Similar to an actual tilt-rotor vehicle, it acknowledges that it is not a plane and thus doesn't try to be one. Instead, it is one of the most stable air transport this organization will use to this day. It is equipped with both rapid-fire energy cannons and missles, and is exceptionally maneuverable when handled by an experienced pilot. Upgrades will include...carpet bombing.

Uber - The science division will always be cranking out new and deadlier toys. And for this entry, we present Omega Squad. They are the pinnacle of powersuits, the silver death machines who can mow the REST of their army down. Why? Well, combine an Enclave powersuit with the world of a man called uhhh...Tony Stark. This gets you...something alot like War Machine, what with the silver and all. Arm them with the NEW Vindicator Gatling Gun (Gauss Minigun) and the special Uber-Sledge, and...you have a pretty nasty opponent.

Hero - The leader of the Enclave (Number One) is too game-breakingly hard. Also, he's more of a villain. Therefore, the hero is from the Fallout Squad. That's right, a title-plug character. You see, everyone in the Enclave is without a true identity, just a number. And so the TRULY strong get to have a name, their FIRST name. And why? Because they are so incredibly nutty that you have to tell them apart. I am FalloutJack, and I am a hacked character who breaks the Fourth Wall. FalloutGreg is a stone-cold professional who may ot may not have a GIANT MECH on his side. FalloutBob is a ludicrously-insane fighter with a Beowulf complex. And so on. A Fallout member is a one-man army, and now we're in charge! WOOHOO!!

Infantry: Humans wielding various number of chemicals like the desolator troopers from Red Alert expansion, chemical warfare is good against large scale forces and drain moral like hell. probably alos weld spikes on and tint the armor darker for purly cosmetic reasons

Vehicle: deff dreads, the shock value and firepower it brings to a warzone is amazing, and some more wielded spike to go with the uniform gothic style. also prob try to attach some ant air guns to the back for pesky aerial assaults

Air: Preferrably a mix of MiG fighters from the soviet era, with spray gun attached to the bottom for the spreading of chemicals over a wide area.

Hero: Me, Kinda looking like the Mad Doks from the warhammer series with a few chemicals in a pouch as grenades and an energy shield that would electrocute everyone around me and a knife resembling the medics Uber Saw.

I had WAYY too much fun typing this

Infantry: Professionals. They deploy in four-man fireteams which consist of two riflemen, a machine-gunner and a Designated Marksmen. Fast, lightly-armoured, heavy-hitting and relatively cheap to produce. Upgrade for massive cover bonuses, and reinforcements. Also possesss an ability to turn into a "Command Squad", which consits of one rifleman, one machine-gunner, one unti which provides passive buffs to all otehr squads (Damage, extending FoW, extending range, et cetera) and a fourth unit which can dettach (Like DoW commisars) and attach to other unit to boost health regeneration. All squads can reinforce.

Vehicles: Light Vehicle Columns. A pair of Humvees with mounted .50s and one with a grenade launcher.
Fast, maneuverable, and reinforceable.

Air: Recon Drones: Unarmoured, but invivsible, and fast. Provides passive range and damage boosts to nearby friendlies. Any area the drone sees, the Uber Unit can target.

Uber: Scout-Sniper Team. Two-man squad, reinforceable, "Sniper" can target any area it can see or a recon drone has eyes on for massive, precision damage. Full squad (Te Spotter) gets a damage and sight range boots. The Spotter also acts as a designated marksmen.

Hero Unit: Sam Fisher.

I would be a versatile unit, effective at everything, but not excelling at anything. I don't play enough rts games to name a unit that fills that niche.
Maybe swordsman?

Infantry: Armored velociraptors with sniper rifles, and yes, they can open doors.

Vehicle: Huge worm monsters which can burrow through anything and transport infantry in their stomachs. Also love to eat mass numbers of enemies.

Air: Super fast jets piloted by clones of Mikhail from Lost. Each jet is armed with multiple lasers and bombs and are capable of hovering in one place.

Uber: The giant 'Stay Puft' marshmallow man from Ghostbusters but is armored, it can fly and has lots of lasers. Can fire the hammer of dawn laser from gears of war out of each one of its eyes.

Hero: The Arbiter from Halo.

All right, I spent about ten minutes thinking about this.

Infantry: Power armour wearing soldiers. However, the power armour is less like the ones seen in Fallout and more like exoskeletons, except they cover the entire body. The armour is capable of stopping AP ammunition with ease and increase speed and strength, as well as allowing all of them to communicate with one another. Just to make sure they are OP, let's make it so they are impervious to EMP. The soldiers themselves are armed with a wide manner of weaponry, from automatic plasma rifles to rail guns to the special God Killer, a heavy anti-everything rifle that can tear apart Ragnorak Tanks like tin cans.

Vehicle: Ragnarok Tanks, they have a 300 millimeter plasma cannon, a very powerful energy shield, laser chainguns, and antimatter missiles. Can withstand massive EMP attacks.

Air: God Fists, flying stealth VTOLs that can carry up to 16 soldiers. Armed with twin plasma chainguns on the front and antimatter missiles. Also capable of FTL travel. Has EMP proofing.

Uber: System Punisher, massive space ships bristling with massive plasma cannons and mass drivers. Also armed with Halo missiles which are capable of literaly ripping a planet to pieces. Named according to its ability to cause stars to super nova. Capable of FTL travel aswell.

Hero: Commander of the 555th division, "The Sons of War". Wears a prototype stealth power armour that increases all abilities far beyond normal levels, giving him increased strength, speed, reflexes, and accuracy. The suit is capable of stopping God Killer rounds and is has the abilty to to travel faster than light. Armed with any weapon he conjure out of the ether. Like all good stealth equipment, it is capable of allowing the wearer to become invisible. As a final touch, it is EMP proof.

Infantry: Terminators. Those things are relentless and deadly.

Vehicle: Hounds from the game Chromehounds, but with some customized to transport infantry and whatnot.

Air: The military Eagles from Saints Row the Third but with more missiles and better armor.(I think the ability to take about as much damage as two tanks should do it)

Uber: ALL FEAR [a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iihmV_x1fkM&feature=related"]THUES![/a] Of course I would probably want to armor him up some more, make it so that some small kid can't just come along and stab him to death.

Hero: Me with a customized and battle ready version of [a herf="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gdvHPhBABEU&feature=related"]Dexter's dodge ball exosuit.[/a] One example of a customized feature would be that instead of dodge ball launchers I would have R.Y.N.O.2s as one of the primary guns.

Infantry: United States Marine Corps riflemen. (I've attended one session of OCS for the USMC, go back this summer for the next)

Vehicle: Horses didn't last long enough. I'm sticking with horses

Air: Pelicans from the Halo verse. Versatile, lean, reliable. I value all those things.

Uber: The rest of the Marines providing support for the rifleman. I went there.

Hero: Me. But as, like, Indiana Jones. Yeah...
I may have to one-up you and switch the infantry to ALL the US Marines, and the Uber to the entire US Navy SEALs. If you combine those 2 highly skilled, professional, and BEAUTIFULLY DANGEROUS forces together, you are almost unstoppable, my friend. And the snipers, can't forget the snipers.

Okay
Infantry: Cyberpunks. These guys don't have too much resorces so only have basic enhancements (can be upgraded as Settlement gains money). They would all have small rifles that shoot light AP rounds and all wear Trench Coats and some have gas masks and other minorly useful equipment.

Vehicles: Light armoured hover-cars that have mounted machineguns in the headlights and allow for the occupents to shoot out the sides. (as settlement grows in size the capacity and speed of some of these vehicles increases as does the cannons eventually allowing for Las-cannons and mounted weapons on the windows for the unites occupying to use)

Air: As the Infantry get more money some are able to afford Jet-packs augmentations and others can afford Wing augmentations. As well there are som light transport aircraft that can move about 8 men (1 squad) around. The infantry that have the augmentations are capable of fireing the (new) sniper lasers at ground targets as well as pilots of enemy aircraft.

Uber: EuroCorp "Buisenessmen"

Hero: J.C Denton.
EDIT:

So did I

Ahhh EDIT 2
Just walked away and then thought "why would a group of punks listen to an authority figure?"
Then I though Why not allow for them to be manipulated to your will?
So now the Cyberpunk army is run from cities with visions and lies. These cities will have a puppet ruler with other pulling the strings. The Corporations would also hold much power and would be influenced by the leader. The equipment would also come from various organisations. SO if you wanted high powered augmentations on your troops then you would appoarch Sarif yet if you wanted high powered weapons then Eurocorp all the way. Also all infantry would have a brainwashed meter. When it is empty they will not follow any orders and may even shoot your own forces. Yet if your own troops open fire on them first then they will loose part of this meter as well. So in effect they would be a ***** to control. Yet it could be restored fairly easily especially in large settlements. ANd at higher levels your infantry could be "programmed" and thus permantly at full brainwashed.

Also To loose a settlement would be hard for me (as it is controlled through puppets and programs) So if an army captured a city of mine I would still collect "taxes" from it.

Fuck if this were a game I would play it in a second

The Followers of the Newbonomicon are obsessed with entropy and the inevitability of failure. They are best equipped to fight a war of attrition, good for cautious players, but difficult to gain momentum with.

Infantry: Cultist
This unit is equipped with ceremonial armor giving it an above average defense for its class, and uses either a bow and arrow or a dagger, depending on range. Its Absorption skill allows it to steal health from enemy units from a distance to heal itself. At close range, it is capable of finishing off weakened enemies with Sacrifice, restoring its health to full.

Vehicle: Creeping Tower
While incredibly slow to move, this unit has a massive reserve of health, and is able to carry a much larger number of units than most vehicles. While inside, units regain health over time and contribute to the attack power of its Boiling Oil ability. This unit is an invaluable fallback point if things go badly.

Air: Drone
This magically animated construct is slower to move and attack than most aerial units, but has significantly more health, and in addition to its standard Magic Missile attack, will automatically Self Destruct when its health reaches zero, doing massive damage to enemies in a wide radius.

Uber: Shadow Mage
Through strategic use of their Soul Shock and Vanish abilities, the Shadow Mage is capable of hit and run tactics to wear down the enemy's defenses. If cornered, they can use Dusk Shield to become very difficult to hit for a short duration.

Hero: Lord Brelezar
This hero is heavily armored, making him slow to move and attack. While he lacks ranged attacks, his Aura of Hopelessness weakens enemy units within its area of effect. He is also capable of using Teleport to move faster.

Infantry:Squads of 5 troops that would use hit and run tactics, three with Assault rifles (AAC honey badger to be specific), and two with rocket launchers (probably RPGs, don't need anything super fancy for such ambushes)

Vehicle:Dune buggies that have been mounted with a machine gun turret, and equipped with to handle most terrain.

Air:predator drones armed with large amounts of hell fire rockets, it'd be useful to blast the hell out of whatever can't be taken out in ambushes.

Uber:Bio chemists who would deploy a large amount of chemical weapons to terrorize and demoralize enemy troops.

Hero:A solo operative who's trained how handle many weapons, create IEDs, scavenge for supplies, and how to gather enemy intel. He would be set loose to cause as much mayhem as he possibly could.

As you can see, I'm very much into guerilla warfare, as apposed to more confrontational tactics. I think I enjoy it so much simply because I enjoy setting up ambushes on battlefield 3, and taking down tanks and squads of enemy team members without them ever knowing where I am.
