Not knowing where in the US you live, I can't give specifics, but your fastest (though possibly not cheapest) bet is likely to find a local import store. You most often find them in areas with a large matching population base- here in Chicago, for example, the two most common (import) store types you'll find are Irish and Polish. Bear in mind that Irish stores often sell things from the UK- and vice versa. That was how I found a local retailer who sold Club Rock Shandy, an orange-lemon soda that I'm pretty sure is liked by only one person in North America. Good luck!
