It's not promoting it, in fact it doesn't even feature it if you think about it. Argonians and the Khajit are can think and act like people, not common animals. You might as well say the elves are beasts as well.
I think I'm gonna go that route as well...save the lusty argonian maid partJedamethis said:Lusty Argonian Maid anyone? I'm going to get me one of them.
I'm going to be an handsome Argonian rogue, so it's all good for me.

It is not beastiality. That would require that the "animal" in question be just that, an animal. the Khajiit and Argonians are sentient peoples, just as smart and capable as others in the game. The fact that they look like cats and lizards is merely a result of their evolutionary path, so any relations with them would simply be an interracial relationship, nothing more.pulse2 said:So apparently you can marry in Skyrim, this news is old now, you can marry same sexes too! This news is also old now. But has anyone stopped to think about the animal races marrying humans? :/ Now of course I'd love to demonstrate my male ego by playing as a Tiger, therefore the Khajiit perfectly represents what I'm aboutBut there's something a little strange about marrying a female lizard (argonian) or heck even a human species :/ Will I ever get used to this? Will you ever get used to this? What do you think?
(Lets not get all serious, I really don't care that much, just thought it would be an entertaining topic)

I just know there's a bestiality forum somewhere on the internet talking about how exciting this news is, lol
So why is boning Elves fine? The Kajit are just as humanoid as the Elves, just with a bit more... fur.Abandon4093 said:Robert Ewing said:It isn't promoting beastiality. Because both the tigers and lizard things are sentient life forms.
So inter-racial breeding is more accurate. And humanity have been doing that for donkeys years.
A human shagging a catperson wouldn't be interracial, it would be interspecial. And humans certainly haven't been doing that for donkeys years.
Oh Christ, the uproar. "Games programmes your child you fuck geckos and stab bears."razerdoh said:oh god FOX NEWS!Nudu said:Oh god the furries.
Is it really beast-iality when they're not beasts, they're people? And it's no real different, as pointed out, as going with Tali, Garus or Liara from Mass Effect.pulse2 said:So apparently you can marry in Skyrim, this news is old now, you can marry same sexes too! That happens pretty much on day one for.. about every game, that has any sort of 'remove armor' feature. Isn't that sort of part and parcel for rule 34?ForgottenPr0digy said:Naked mods for the cat and lizard people day one from the furry community.
I do, and I'm not sorry that someone brought her up before I had the opportunity. If Ahnassi's romance quest wasn't scandalous I don't see why Skyrim's romance options should be. Honestly I doubt the gaming media, let along the mainstream media, will give this much attention.CD-R said:Fun fact Skyrim was not the first Elder Scrolls game with a romance quest.
Anyone remember Ahnassi?

I forgot about that sidequest. So...Oblivion covered necrophilia twice...yeah, not-quite-bestiality isn't so bad now, is it?ChiryX said:pulse2 said:So apparently you can marry in Skyrim, this news is old now, you can marry same sexes too! Well in oblivion there was the grey prince, who was half human(vampire). How is that any different?
