He looks old. Perhaps we don't have much longer to put up with him. He's like an antique, from the old guard with his snowy hair. He's... quaint! He lives in Florida and is retired (disbarred) - so I assume he wears white pants up to his moobs, sits in a lawn chair, and thinks about how back when he was kid he had sticks and rocks to play with. Yes, because repeatedly doing this type of stuff and getting disbarred clearly shows that you're a winner. On top of the fact that what ever attempts he made went ignored and there were big campaigns against EA elsewhere in the world.
I dont know about in the US but in the UK there was a number of newspapers etc that reported on it and protested against EA, even some gaming mags questioned how sensible an idea it was. So clearly it is because of that one letter he wrote.
