EA are loving this publicity. Wanna know why?

Because people like me are going to buy the game no matter what. Just because they got in uproar. If they hadn't decided to have a hissy fit and stomp their feet about this un-American/un-British/un-Conservatroll game, me and a lot of other gamers would have just looked at the new MoH as just a MW2-alike. Which I didn't even buy.

If it gets banned in the UK, I'll import a copy. If it gets banned in the US, I'll go to the US and import from from the UK. If it gets banned in New Zealand I'll... well actually I'll probably have a holiday AND THEN I WILL IMPORT A COPY.

" makes it an effective training tool for the Taliban and other forces currently engaged with the U.S. military."

Fuck me. This guy is just a walking self parody. Embarrassing.

Please stop reporting on this guy. The only way he will go away is if we stop paying attention to his shenanigans.

To quote Paul Anka, "Just don't look."

Oy, this guy. Couldn't let the bandwagon pass you by, could you, Jack? And what the hell, you were a laywer at one point, so you should know the US government can't ban a video game.

" accused Electronic Arts of disregarding the ESRB rating system by allowing anyone to preorder the game, regardless of age. "

it's official, he is literally making this up as he goes, making no attempt to even look halfway correct to even the most gullible of parents.

As they say, any publicity is good publicity. The more controversy there is surrounding the game, the more attractive it is going to be for people to buy. That comment about the game being used by the Taliban as a training tool is rather absurd though. Even a layman who has watched the news in the past couple of years would be able to tell that if any member of Taliban receives training, the chances are they won't be getting it from a videogame. Surely Jack Thompson can do better than this? Okay, so he probably can't...

The guys really just desperate for soem attention now clearly. It's best we just leave him too it.

I think that they should be allowed to make and sell the game just because of free speech. I hate censoring.

That being said, I will not buy MOH and if I play it I will not play as the Taliban just because I feel that that would be against my country. I would not be able to act out in the killing of NATO troops by the Taliban whilst the Taliban are still killing my countrymen. Once the war is over, I may be able to do it because it is history, not a current event.

This guy needs to get laid.

But seriously, I don't see how games are killing simulators, I personally don't feel the need to throw down half my school-mates with a glock and 4 rounds.

Not right now - at least.

The only game that would possibly be useful for military training is America's Army and as far as I know it actually helped the US military gain some recruits.

For F**k sakes, I thought my assassins would be able to kill this bastard.

Well looks like I'm gonna have to do it myself...

This game isn't evan that realistic from what I've seen. Now, if this was ARMA or Operation Flashpoint, then he would have a leg to stand on, but it would be a termite infested wooden one due to him being a twat.

Seriously though, FUCK! I thought we got rid of that guy.
Thompson isn't the kinda guy to just stop. Personally I've been wondering where the guy's been hiding all this time.

I like to think that he just escaped Arkham Asylum, after working with the Joker to cause a mass prison riot!

Ah, yet more batshit bonkers hyperbole from Mr. Thompson. I can't say I didn't see this coming, though.

*Continue to eat cereal and still intend on getting Medal of Honor*

Never change, Jack. We love you just the way you are.
