In other words, DoA: Uncanny Valley the game, well, I'm certainly not gonna say it has no right to exist, and I'm not going to try and debate how sleazy it is. I'm also not going to try and judge people who get off on that, because everyone has their fetishes.

And where did you ask the question about boob size to your fans of the game, exactly? Because, unless you just walked up to random gamers on the street and asked about their opinions of DoA games, their opinions will be weighted. Heavily. Towards bigger breasts and more lifeless eyes.

Really, keep doing what you're doing, but don't act like the criticism of it is baseless. I'm all for the right to make sleazy games, as long as you don't try to sell them as high class adventure games.

I guess to each their own I suppose, though I should point out that nerd culture is perceived to be the final bastion for misogynists and other men that want nothing to do with women outside of a sexual context. DOA and such games get the attention that they do because they are reminders of that belief.

Though I wanted to bring up the simple point that while real breast don't do that, I suspect that many men wished they did. After all, porn and anything related to it are projections of what the creator (and in turn their fans) wish sex was like, so it isn't hard to believe that there are man that wished boobies were as they are depicted in DOA.

I am neither misogynistic nor gay. Frankly, I'm just not physically attracted to real-life women, or men, for that matter. They're too... I dunno what. Real, I guess would be the right word. While my interactions with women have been limited, I've just never been interested. Maybe I will be in the future, but I dunno.

All anime characters have child-ish faces if they are not drawn intentionally to look older. Look at Ritsuko from NGE or, hell, Ray Mustang and Hawkeye from Fullmetal Alchemist! And, on contrary, take that Armstrong guy from FMA. He looks not child-ish just because he's drawn not in traditional anime face drawing technique.

On a serious note, I don't think anyone who ever gotten laid, even if only once, is interested in those extremely unrealistic "breasts". I really don't get why team ninja seeks to sell sex with their games instead of depth and quality. If I wanted porn I'll get porn! It's not like it's that hard to get. Agreed, it's an inevitable consequence if you are drawing in the anime-style due to the large eyes that the characters have. If you're drawing a character in their early twenties say, they can look almost ten years younger.

On topic: I don't oppose video game developers wanting to make unrealistic portrayals of women. I like it when dev's do make an effort to make realistic,relatable female characters but i believe that they have freedom of artistic expression and if they want to make big boobed bimbos then they have every right to do so.

DoA is one of those game franchises which flirts with porn, a form of art which seldom realistically portrays women, or men for that matter, due to how much humans fantasise about sex. It's hardly surprising therefore that the DoA girls are essentially sexually fantasised females. I don't oppose what the DoA dev's are doing here for the same reason i don't oppose people involved in the production of pornographic material.

I mean, you may have a point overall, but I don't think you understand what female circumcision entails and how it differs from the practice we call circumcision in males. FGM actually comes in 4 different types (As defined by the WHO). Type 1-3 are all the brutal, barbaric permenant-damage involving procedures, involving cutting off increasingly large areas.

Type IV is a catch-all category for any other damage, including non-permenant damage. This amounts to, at its most minor, a pinprick to cause very minor blood loss. This is also extremely illegal anywhere outside the practicing countries.

In case you hadn't realized, this means that non-permanent damage to female genitals is punished more heavily than permanent damage to male genitals.
