They should know better than to use their company email for personal business, IE signing up for porn with your .mil .gov address. If they also signed up for facebook with their business address they deserve to be reprimanded.

Thanks for posting that list, so I could see I wasn't on it. Might have been a fun way to let my facebook friends know I am actually a heterosexual, but maybe mom would not care to know the degree to which I like lesbians.

The .mil addresses I can be a little bit lenient about, some of those are probably 18-19-20 something guys out in the field and I can understand a combination of lack of options, hormones, and general 'young and dumb' stupidity. The .gov addresses, not so much one hopes that no one using a .gov would have ANY of those excuses.

Oh wait...

Representative Weiner. Never-mind.

Who pays for porn online anyway? It's like paying for a cookie when there's a table giving out free sample cookies which are virtually the same, there's just some tacky advertisements on the table. I'll deal with ads to save money.

Who would've guessed that government employees enjoy porn?

Last week was a big week for LulzSec. They hacked Nintendo. They hacked the Sony Computer Entertainment Developer Network. This week is starting off even bigger: The group <a href=http://twitter.com/#!/LulzSec/status/79293937977802752>managed to hack adult website pron.com and nabbed the login information for more than 25,000 accounts. But this isn't the biggest part of the story; instead, the craziest bit is about who LulzSec discovered was logging into the site.

It turns out that a number of accounts on pron.com use .mil and .gov email addresses for login information. Not only that, but it was discovered that 55 administrators and webmasters from other porn websites have accounts with pron.

<a href=http://lulzsecurity.com/releases/pronz.txt>LulzSec has listed all the email/password combinations they plundered over the weekend, and is offering a suggestion for what should be done with this information. Basically, the group is encouraging people to try the login info on Facebook and, if any of it works, to tell all the friends about said account holder's porn membership.

OK, on one hand: People need to learn what is (and what is not) an appropriate use of taxpayer funds. On the other hand? Encouraging the internet to hack people's Facebook accounts and shame them for having an account with an adult website that couldn't keep their information secure is beyond ridiculous. It's petty and spiteful.

This is actually the kind of thing I wouldn't mind these guys doing. THIS was actually funny. The problem is when they are just screwing people over for 'lulz'

I assume you meant "... have accounts with .mil or .gov in them." ?
Why would I be surprised porn website associated people log into porn websites?
That seems very logical.

In all fairness, why does it matter really? Okay so some MPs like to watch porn, they've got nothing on Silvio Berlusconi. Although saying that why the hell would you use your government email? That just seems like you're asking to be caught, I mean I don't personally care, but you can bet your ass there'd be a huge media scandle if any of them ever got exposed.

they bring so much lulz to me as long as they don't hack microsoft in which case I will put my serious face on and whip out the good ol axe and hockey mask
You do realize that unless LulzSec is made up of massive Microsoft fanboys they're next, right? It's pretty much the only logical next step.

Actualy I dont see Microsoft getting hacked. They have a history of people trying to break into/infect there products and as such would have a much better handle on there security.

I expect them to try/have tried and failed.

You know, I have to say, if LulzSec stayed away from hacking developers and other innocent people I would enjoy this.

With all the noise Lulzec is making, sooner or later there's gonna be a backslash. I just hope it's them who pays, and not the gamers.
How is this article related to gamers...Unless you're implying this is our second favourite passtime.POPPYCOCK I SAY!
