Would be this were true, but they aren't "regrowing" skin, they're spurring it to regrow itself. Skin naturally is constantly replacing itself, so grows at a FANTASTIC rate. Organs . . . don't. And organs have to grow in a *certain structure*, a lump of undifferentiated heart tissue is not a heart. It is getting that *structure* that is the difficult part.BabySinclair said:

This is great. And there is another implication here, the burns can now be healed with less visible scarring which is freaking awesome.
On the stem cell part, I don`t think this is a debate here, the cells are harvested from the same person meaning the process is similar to the old skin reconstruction techniques. I see no moral dilemma here.
