What the fuck? He got paid to design these? He thinks people will pay to buy them?
No he thinks Halo fans will buy them and considering most are under the age of 18, he right.
I honestly think you're underestimating the intelligence of minors. Seriously, we're not all that dumb.

But yeah, combining an overly milked franchise with an overrated designer who got angry when his crappy game wasn't well reviewed isn't a good idea, that or it's brilliant from a business perspective, you decide.

This definitely doesn't strike me as professional quality clothing. Ecko should feel a little shame for this.

You know, I thought the yellow one was kind of ok, until I saw the "Pwn" on the shoulder.

I've said it before, I'll say it again: Marc Ecko is a grade-A douche. Remember, kids, he called anyone who complained that his game was buggy "whiners".
Not to mention saying gamers were "divas" who got wedgies in high school and had a "predisposition to have a bug up their ass for anything urban." And anyone who says they prefer someone to be a slave to branding and products sounds like a villain in some anti-corporate children's cartoon about being yourself.

I personally think that yellow one is quite nice.

And that black one with the spirals is ok.

As for the others...

Meh.

Next time I come across an instance of 360 fanboyism, I'll imagine the perpetrator wearing one of these beauties.

Ah, the wonders of 'professional' fashion design: yet another reason to despise modern society. Honestly, it seems like he wanted to make something akin to the most ridiculous experiments you'd see at a fashion show, but in Hot Topic t-shirt format.

Hmmm, not that bad. Gaudy, yeah, and they mark you as a Halo fan, which may not be desirable, but I've seen worse.

The stormtrooper hoodie... it's not really BAD... it's just incredibly nerdy.

[Edit] Ok, I take that back. It IS bad.

I think it's pretty accurate to presume that I'm not the only one who wants Mark Ecko to leave gaming alone.

His constant jumps into the franchise just leave all the fans of whatever series he's desecrating with a bad taste in their mouth.

Sort of like when Uwe Boll does anything...
Ever.

It's like they didn't even try... stupid ghetto gangsta clothes. If I ever saw someone wearing that, I would hang my head in shame. It's funny how we look back on 80's fashion with disgust when people in our time wear this.

That isn't actually that bad. I would never wear it, but it isn't an abomination, I've seen far worse.
I agree. I even think this one is pretty arty:

Yuck-I would not get one even if they were free and came with a puppy.
Not even if you could use the T-shirt to toilet train your puppy? And the puppy was called Wiggles?

The top middle is the lesser of six evils in my opinion. (And now for the really geeky reference...) It's like saying that Diablo was a lesser evil than Baal. Yes, I am sorry, but it was the first evil thing that I thought of - though that probably doesn't say much for me. Anyway, back on topic. I'm not a Halo fan so I wouldn't wear a Halo T-shirt anyway, but those are truly vile. Of course my opinion, like everyone's, is subjective and there may be people out there who would wear one of those with pride; I just feel that he/she (I know it's unlikely for said person to be a girl, but it's not impossible) is in the minority.
