If it does have CoD shooting mechanics, then I'll waste less bullets on the fucking LIBRARIANS! But then that was what made it intense on the PC, losing bullets and fumbling around all survival horror like.

I loved/hated the Librarians, ironically, my favorite part of the whole game. I think that part made me truly scared, as I had very little ammo and very little oxygen, wich forced me to get going if I didn't want to die by asphyxia, but I also didn't wanted to die by those nasty things. The only thing that ruined the immersion of that part was the whole thing of "don't look them at the eyes", I did that and sometimes they turned their back at me and left, but sometimes they just went all aggro and started to chomp my face.
OT: I don't know how to react by this comment. I mean, Metro 2033 was simply awesome, despite it's flaws, but certainly better than your average FPS, or your average COD. I mean, COD, right now, isn't certainly known for being a quality or polished game, something Activision's vocabulary lacks.
If by that they mean they will refine the shooting mechanincs a bit and make the game less buggy, then I'm all for it.
