Seth from Street Fighter IV....

Just an excuse to make an EXTREMELY cheap final boss at the end of Sf:IV to get more quarters for CAPCOM is even more EVIL than him...
I wonder if they actually got paid from Hollywood for the blatant Watchmen advertising (no doubt Alan Moore is trying to choke himself with his own beard at the mere sight) or if they had their asses sued for the obvious plagiarism. I hope the latter.
My gut tells me that the stupid ying yang thing in his belly averts all legal actions of Alan Moore....

sux I know it would be awesome if they were forced to take him out...

he is kind of worthless to play as.
I know, I noticed the difference, but still... I haven't seen a rip-off that obvious in quite some time. Grr..

I never really heard of Watchmen until like 5 months ago....

I guess its really hardcore. To hardcore for the public appeal until recently.

Officer Tenpenny - GTA: San Andreas.

I know I completely saw this coming right from when he was introduced, but something never feels right when I have to kill Samuel L Jackson.. He's just too awesome.
Technically, he kills himself.

As for the worst villain, the last boss from Resident Evil 4. Two rocket launcher shots and he was dead. The Rasputin looking guy was so much more badass.

RAAM from Gears of War. Skorge wasn't really threatening, but RAAM, when he showed his ugly mug, came complete with menancing music and usually ended up killing a Gear.

Forget Sephiroth, or worse, Seifer (who wasn't actually a villain, just a misguided romantic) and Kuja? Don't make me laugh!

The lamest of them all was Sin, Final Fantasy X (sequel doesn't count). This poor slob was just somebody's dead Dad who got lost in time somehow. Totally pathetic, and ridiculously easy to kill. Followed by a wimpout scene where the hero cries over him, then joins him in the great beyond with a high five.

Give me a freaking break.

That guy in FFX, i think his name was Seymour. He had an extremely boring voice plus you kicked his ass like a trillion times.

I actually I liked the Joker, quite a lot in fact, but Kefka just annoyed me. I to tell you the truth for most of the game I thought the Emperor was going to be the main bad guy because of how much of a henchman Kefka resembled. He was more of an annoying coward than sociopath, but again that's just the way I felt about him. It doesn't help that I played FFVII when it first came out, but didn't play FFVI until about a year ago.

Okay, not everyone's opinions on here I agree with (Like, I don't agree with the Enclave assessment for...obvious reasons.), but the Seymour Guado opinion is valid, I think.

Seymour, a whiny asshole whose mommy had herself turned into that freak Anima, and who killed his daddy because he wanted to be in charge. Boo hoo, he's a misunderstood and unloved psychotic wretch and his own idiot people protect him even after blatently making himself the villain, a man that will ruin the entire world. So, he becomes this undead fiend-think that you have to kill (twice) and THEN you meet him while he's a dead soul, in Sin, and he proclaims, "I will dominate Sin from the inside!", BWA HA HAAA!!". Yeah, right. Except that his final battle in there was STUPID-EASY. What a joke. What a putz!

Now, here's a thing. My entry for this is Woodman. Woodman was one of the worst Wily bots ever. And why? Because he's a Robotmaster made of wood who fires a leaf attack. Metal Blades are his weakness, but...that's like saying the ocean is moist. (Metal Blades kill nearly everyone and every THING!) The funny thing is that Woodman is so bad that he's good for ragging on and making fun of. I mean, his attack is effective on Airman, another boss from the game and as in the Bob And George comic, it's mostly 'cause the guy's intake gets jammed. People hate Woodman. That's something we can all agree on or...this flash [http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/456394] wouldn't make much sense.

Whats with all the Sephiroth hate? It is Fontaine from Bioshock. He just talks and talks and never shuts up.
No, Fontaine is GOOD!
How?
In the first half of the game, you're confronted with Andrew Ryan, demented king of his crumbling city. He persists in the belief that he is in the right and you are an anarchist trying to topple him. In a way, he knows that his dream has been destroyed by greed, and even that he himself paved the way for it. In the end, he sees he has been reduced to nothing; but he still has his will and his ideals, and he refuses to go down nicely. That is a good villain.
Then you headshot him with a golf club and the second half is all Fontaine gloating at you. The thing is his motivation doesn't even make sense. He wants control of Rapture; a city he personally destroyed via Adam, which is now a wreck filled with mutant madmen. Why would he want to rule that? Either he's a few screws loose, which seems unlikely, or he's an idiot. That is not a good villain.

EDIT: Okay I meant to click preview and I clicked post. Hurr durr.

ok i know everyone is going to flame me, please dont. but my choice is ganondorf in twilight princess. you dont even know about him until about 4/5ths in the game. his reasoning...grrr f@*& you zelda, why does he do this, just for the hell of it. plus he had the sadest little temple ever, it took me 10 minutes to finish his temple and fight him. admitadly the whole fighting a possesed zelda was awsome but the whole horse and sword fight was lackluster.

I really hated that "Steve" from RE: code veronica, constantly pretending to be on your side all the while not throwing himself infront of a train to up my morale! He crashed the tonka truck in the arctic place, he's FAR too busy being USELESS when his dad visits, his attacks aren't dodgable when he turns hulk and I never got to shoot him in the face as the final boss like I'd hoped...and he stole my lugers......jerk....

Sephiroth, he really is a 2nd rate Kefka.
What he said.
Aside from the whole trying to/achieving godhood aspect they are nothing alike. Hence forth moot point. That an Sephiroth is not really a villain if you understand the story in it entirety..which is hard to sometimes..

Dong Zhuo. What a fat, pointless prick he was.

Seriously though, and if you'll let me add this to a video game thread, Count Dooku is my candidate. Technically he is in a game. Lego Star Wars.
