Most hated enemy in gaming?

The Resident Evil 4 Chainsaw Chicks. God those bitches are evil, I always choose the El Gigante path now after the team up section with (WHY DID YOU DIE??!?!?!?1?) Luis. Reapers, Regenerators (for their creepy factor, seriously) and Novastadors all tie for second.

RE5's chainsaw dudes are kind of stupid in comparison though, I NEVER die to them. I think they hesitate as well, I see them sometimes just standing in one spot for a second or two for no reason, especially right before they're about to attack.

Creepers from Minecraft. They always seem to blow me up when I'm very far from my spawn point and I'm carrying valuable ore.
Keese from Zelda. They're just really annoying and always just out of reach of my sword.

Yeah same here, except they always seem to blow up in the worst possible spot like...I dunno, RIGHT NEXT TO MY FUCKING HOUSE!!

I hate enemies that explode upon death. Especially if you're forced to melee them or kill them close quarters.

Maybe that's why I love banelings so much... very cathartic.

I can't remember how many times I died in normal mode to those bastards, or how many times I had to freeze my finger in mid-click when I saw that GOD DAMNED spell get cast.
After that, I think I hate fucking Sword Masters with Brave Swords 2nd most.
And then finally jackals. Whether they are in Halo 2 with their fucking 1-shot snipers, or their irritating as fuck beam rifles in Reach... god I hate them so much...

Particularly the Cazadors of Fallout New Vegas and their ability to mysteriously disappear and stay hidden until I use an antivenom (at which point they see how many stingers they can fit in my face).

Feh, I'll tell ya what's a real *****. Enemies that know how to fight just as well as you and are even more resilient than you yourself.

By this I mean The Abyss Warriors from Devil May Cry 3.

JESUS H. CHRIST, those guys are relentless. Damn near impossible to take in a group of more than 3 and to make matters worse, Vergil annihilated a dozen of these so freaking easily.

I agree with the folk saying the Amnesia monsters (Gatherers/Mr. Face.) When that music kicks in and you *know* that somewhere in the dark one of them is lumbering straight towards you, it's a terrifying experience.

I have two more I'd like to share. Final Fantasy X: Those hideous and ridiculous statue things in the City of Souls that breath stone-breath on your party and suddenly, game over. And, from Goldeneye, The Bunker 2 Alarm Guards. When the alarm is sounded, just abort the mission. These guys do not fuck around.
