Probably when I read Frankenstein. That pansy of a doctor is the biggest representation of the triumph of the emotional over the logic that I ever-wait, you mean love. Well then make that more clear!
I had a stocker once. She was very lonely and apparently a few compliments meant I was her new Bo. Luckily this was my senior year and high school and I'm leaving for college is a good excuse to get away.

Closest thing to romantic: I took a guys seat beside my friend but I didn't know it was taken, he came back and I was like "oh sorry, I didn't know someone was sitting here" and I tried to get off the stool and he was like "I couldn't take a seat from a pretty lady" and I went really red so I jumped off the seat and ran away lawl
When i asked my fiancee to marry me, i took her on this romantic trip out to the Ocean.
She had no idea i was planning this, i kinda snuck around it.
I blindfolded her at home, and drove her to the airport, where my friend was waiting in his plane to fly us out to the local airport. When we landed at the airport i had a car hired for us, a Convertible Mustang, her favourite car. I drove her to this big hotel on the ocean, where i had booked ritz suite on the top floor. Cause im a loser, i had a custom tailored dress ready for her, this beautiful black evening gown. It was this BEAUITFUL evening, sunny, but cool, a beautiful breeze off the ocean. We drove down to a resturant on the pier where id reserved this table at the end, alone, candlelight dinner, musicians and of course, i had the ring in my purse. At the end of this FANTASTIC meal, i took her hand, and kissed her fingers, i told her she was the one and the only, and i wanted to be with her until the stars fall from the sky and the seas drain, and that if shed give me the honor, of being her wife. That was the most romantic, amazing moment of my life, bar none, and yes, we're not together anymore, but that will never, ever be anything less than the perfect moment.

Welp, I go to an All-Boys school and am too shy/lazy to make an effort to meet with girls. But there was that one time when I was playing truth and dare...and me and this guy ahd to make-ou-...but that's not really romantic...come to think of it he had stuff in his teeth.......
Not really romantic per se, more lovey-dovey, but lying curled up in a little ball with a particular ex of mine, nuzzling ans stroking each other for hours would probably be the closest to romantic that I could recall.

I danced with my romantic interest in the sixth grade.
It probably meant nothing to the girl, but because I'm a hopeless romantic I thought it was goddamn awesome.
Too bad when I tried to make something work she seemed utterly repulsed at the idea.

I hate it when girls act "repulsed" by a guy. Its fucked up, what makes her so special? Happened to me once in my younger days of high school. So girl literally said "eww" in public.
