Okay people, let's talk fatalities.

Rainbow Dash can toss somepony into the air and then Sonic Rainboom through their torso.
Twilight Sparkle obviously has a wide variety of magical powers with which to tear her opponent apart.
Derpy Hooves has the good old cart, anvil, piano drop.
Spike can teleport half of his opponent to Celestia. She'd presumably be entertained by this as she'd naturally be the overseer for this tournament.

Pinkie Pie uses her "pinkie sense" to make a hydra appear from no where devour her opponent.

Rarity causes gems stones to rise from the ground and impale her enemy.

Dr Whooves goes back in time and simply stops his opponent from being born.

Luna transforms into the Nightmare Moon and crushes her opponent by turning into that evil cloud and increasing her density until there is nothing left

OT: Totally can't wait to play this, even if the game genre seems like an odd choice for this particular property. However, I'm not one to turn my nose up at pony, all pony is good pony in my book!
