I doubt that's all there is to it. The footage was just to show off some of the game physics for juggling and the like. As with most 2D fighters, I imagine a lot of those combos to be cut short by tech maneuvers. After all, the game is still in Alpha. There will be a lot more messed around with to balance things out even if it is currently unbalanced. Although seeing Applejack stomp someone into the air without ever touching them directly is going to be highly entertaining when it connects.PureIrony said:

To make the character ever more ridiculous, she should have an incredibly overpowered special attack to even out the rest of the suckines. Making Derpy the most "noob"ish character/class since the Pyro.

It seemed like a long video showing a very small moveset, with no apparent block or counter system. Even the combo seemed to be the same 3 or 4 moves every time. As much as the aesthetic is there, the actual gameplay seems to suck at the moment. Hope they improve on it for the sake of all the MLP fans out there.
