Hang on. So Nicholionel is a combination of Nichole and Lionel, right? But one's a female name and the other male. Is Nicholionel a hermaephrodite? If not, what gender would one possibly associate with Nicholionel? Also, where does the accent fall, it being two names and all? Is it Nichólionel or Nicholíonel? My mind is not equipped to intuit the answers to any of these questions.

OT: Makimbe Umbutu. Because of a comedy sketch from the old comedy show "not the 9 o'clock news" which was quite funny. I think that was the name in that sketch, anyway.

I would suggest it's more likely a portmanteau of Nicholas and Lionel.
