I would probably watch a star wars tv show. at least i would give it a chance to see if it was well done and i liked it or not. I think it could be pretty good too, as long as it didn't try to make each episode a mini-movie.

I want to see a trilogy surrounding the Old Republic. Anyone else? (Also please don't make George Lucas write it)
I second this idea. I'd rather watch it then anything GL will put out at this point.

And then everyone comes to the realization that, well shit! Lucas is fucking writing it...

No hope can be had now.
This. Just this.
I don't know why Star Wars fans in general (I'm a SW-fan myself, but I don't) look at anything Lucas makes with hope of that spark of creativity that made the original triology.
Does anyone hope that anything made by Lucas this days will be considered good?

A PR rep for the film producer explained that Lucas was only talking about having completed 50 hours of scripts.
Wait, Lucas did 50 hours of scripts? Because we all know how last decade's seven hour lump of Star Wars scripts turned out, I shudder to think what he'd do with seven times that length.
