What IS immature is the film industry's methods. They hire hundreds of thousands of actresses like Jessica Alba, Scarlette Johansen, Liv Taylor, Angelina Jolie, etc, pretending they're hired for their 'talent' when really they're there to sex up a film to make it more profitable.

Whether anyone likes boobs or not, the developer does have a point that they attract attention. I watched that viral video they did and I found it interesting that even couples--supposedly heterosexual couples would pause and touch the fake boobs there.

While I applaud his honesty, It also turns me off from playing any Ninja Gaiden in the future. I have a theory here that game/movie/writer developers throw in anything sexual just for attention, but using it more as a cheap excuse to get that attention than actually doing anything like character development or proper game design.

Or Greek status of perfectly tailored men that are simply impossible to imitate in real life? Are they immature as well?

Yes, the adverts and games are pretty damn funny and bizarre, as well as highly exploitive, but that doesn't necessarily make it immature. It just makes them highly liberal. Japan has the 2nd highest porn industry in the world after all. I wouldn't call the whole of Japan immature though. I'd just say that their culture is very different to yours.

You might think that they're just being refreshingly straightforward instead of the usual corporate BS, and to some extent that's true, but this...doesn't really make us male gamers look that mature.

Don't get me wrong or confuse me with a Bible-toting fanatic- I enjoy sexuality in games as much as the next male gamer though I'm not overly fond of breasts in and of themselves, different tastes for different people- but on the other hand, what about the female demographic?
