Hi all, this is one hard game to remember:

It's a vertical SHMUP for PC, I played an English demo around 2002-2004.

You play as a regular jet fighter set in a futuristic setting, strictly 2D, with an absent of anime art style.

The game plays like DoDonPachi and especially like Crimson Clover.

The distinct characteristic for this game is that one of the charge-up makes the jet emits bright, blue lightning bolts, the bolts are quite jagged, rather pixelated and strictly 2D.

During the demo, the charge-ups for the jet pretty much filled the entire screen, rendering the jet invincible.

Heyy hope someone can help me out. Have a tough one.
Im looking for a very old game I used to play on Commodore 64 if I can remember.
The only thing I remember for the game is:
- The character is blond and muscled (he-man likely)
- As you start you get to choose between 3 weapons, I may recall one as a sling... not quit sure.
- Once you pick a weapon you jump into a hole and start the game underground.
- I think there's a dragon at the end of the stage 1.

COME ON gurus, this game haunted me for ages.

Hey! I've been searching for years the name of the game, googling a lot but couldn't find results... PC game from the 90s or 00

It was for kids, kind of educational, it had no objectives as far as I can remember, it was about clicking the objects and be entertained with the noises and animation

I was young when I played so please please please, help me! I'm pretty sure that the criature that guided me was a green mantis or something similar, he was in a mansion and you could click on different rooms and find lots of objects. Clicking on the objects would make the, react, or sometimes they would teleport you elsewhere... I remember clicking on a chest in the attic and it would open up to reveal gold inside or clicking on a diver helmet on the same attic and would teleport me to the bottom of the sea...

Thanks!!

I had one as well. Actually, it was a lot of games. But, i'm going to tell my story anyway.
It was a game where you had a maze, and some cubes. The goal was to get the green cube to the finish line, and had enemies in the way.
You could move the cube by moving the maze. It also had level creation, etc.

I use to play a game demo on this disc that came with a ton of demo's on it. It had like, 3 i think, different factions of creatures. I remember 1 was bugs I think, i strictly remember a fly type monster. In the demo, you were some kind of brown creature. Anyways, you would take your small beginning group of creatures, find an area close by to set up a base. You could then start building defenses, and things to power the base, and labs for upgrades and such. You could at some point create different types of these creatures, some with hammer arms, some with lasers attached to them, some with blades. You'd have to defend if the other factions attacked you. You could also take groups, sometimes huge ones, and hunt out enemy bases, and take them for yourself. The map had the, "cloud of war", thing, where it would only reveal parts you've explored. I remember these discs also had Gruntz on one of them at some point, but can't for the life of me remember the disc names, or the name of that game!! Heck, honestly could have been a floppy, but I'm not sure.

It has been bugging me that there is a game which I forgot the name of. It is a falling-block puzzle game that uses rock-paper-scissors tiles, but it was not the Ranma game. I play that game 15 years ago (I think) on the computer (not sure if it was emulated). If someone knows what game that is, please do let me know. X_X

i played this ps2 game once on a demo a demo disc you got from like a tips and tricks or such and the demo feature i think the story had two main charcaters at the time but you eventually took hold of one some sort of military or mercanries or maybe something else in whole but you were outside a snowy mountain type oupost and you had to scale the snowy rocks and not fall then you had to sneak your way past a giant air duct fan and into the outpost tower through the vent had to have been 02-06 ish

Here is a challenge, and i dont expect any one to know the answer, but if you then Kudos!

I had a game on windows 95, it was a dungeon crawler like dungeon master, but with worse graphics.
Enemies included harpies and other things. You had various character levels and skills to assign. As you got stronger so did the enemies, and you would have to find a tavern\pub to sleep and levele up. you could also by weaopsn , but it was a text interface for the tavern taverns were the top level of the dungeon and had to be entered by ladder. It possible this game was sharewhare. For some reason i thought it was called mmorpg which i realise is stupid!. its not ulitma online or anyhting, no where near that advanced.
any help would be sweet :)

I have one. This was from when I was a kid, but the game wasn't that old. I think. It was a pc birds-eye view strategy stealth army kinda game? I remember there being 4 or 5 characters in your team that you could choose, each having some specialty. We had to infiltrate an enemy base. I think that was the second mission. And I never got past it cause it was really hard at the time. And you control each character and make them sneak around and stuff to move ahead. You can pick their weapons and tools too I think. I remember everything being green. Like night-vision. I remember nothing else about the game and haven't been successful in trying to find it online. Please help! I've been trying to find it for so long.
Is it syndicate, or syndicate wars your thinking of possibley?

So I haven't been able to think of what these these games could be in forever, but maybe one of you can help? So all of them were educational 90's games - in the first one there was a totem pole outside as well as a cave and some sort of game with bats (in the cave - bats as in the animal) - and I vaguely remember there being something about the tortoise and the hare story next to the cave.
The second game is one that I also vaguely remember, but I do remember that if you went outside, there was a playground, some sort of bulletin board, a sand box, and something about a metal detector game.
Third game is, and I think it's separate from the second game, but I'm not really sure, one where you start out in this lodge-like room and you can click around - if you click in one place it's a cricket jazz band or something - that's about all I remember.
The last game I can't figure out is one where you start out in a lab and there's a big screen, then you press start and you can have an above view over sections of this island - you don't really play as another character - you just play as your eyes I guess. Anyway, I remember there being something with robotic creatures on the island - you can also discover ancient ruins and I think the purpose of the game is that you're trying to find artifacts or something.

i need to know an old game where the main character is a monkey god (wukong?) defeats enemies using his stick and every level he gains a powerup. i remember he eventually gains a cloud that he would ride and there was a stage where he went up to the sky.

most likely it is a SNES/Genesis game. have been looking for it for years lol

BUMP! Also, I remember now that you could collect the enemy DNA? I think? And after too long of bodies sitting, they'd start to decay.

UPDATE: New info!! Thanks to my dad having some very old discs still around, though not the specific ones I was looking for, made by the company egames, after a minute of searching, I have found the name of the demo discs, Galaxy of Games!!! But I'm still trying to track down the specific game

I'm really wondering what this game is... I think I played it around 2003 maybe? It was a PC game that I found on nick.com. I don't think it was one of their "normal" games because you could only play a demo unless you wanted to buy it for $14. It was a 3D dragon game. The dragon was blue I think and it was kind of little. In each level, you had to wander around outside until you found another dragon to battle with (I think it was another dragon). I'm guessing you could breathe out fire and stuff but I can't remember. The main point of the whole game was to rescue something but I can't remember what... Maybe another dragon friend or something. On the very last level I remember playing, I think my small blue dragon was up against this giant mean looking dragon. Does anybody have any idea what this could be?
The game is Bleeposaurus
I've been looking for it for a long time as well. It took me forever to even find someone else who remembers this game, so thank you. I know it's been a few years since you posted but hopefully you see this reply. I used waybackmachine to go to nick.com in the year 2005-ish.
