I'm trying to find an old point and click for the early 90's, I only had the demo but it started you played a teenager who was stuck in a giant hamster cage in space, trying to escape.
Been looking all over and cant find it. I remember it having pretty decent graphics.

Any clues would be amazing.

Thanks
I think you're looking for Orion Burger [https://youtu.be/mmJQn3ndqjo?t=2307].
I've only played the demo myself, so I've immediately remembered the setting, you're describing.
The scene from the demo actually takes place around middle of the game as seen in the link above.

This is an impossible one...

PC Windows Game played at least 15 years ago.
- Similar to Monopoly
- Special part is the set properties can go up to 6/set different from Monopoly's 2 or 3/set.
- Uses red car as token
- 3 dices
- Somewhat squarish green map with only 1 way of travelling on it.
- Only one building in each property, you can upgrade the building type
- Seems to be controlled by keyboard+mouse.
I've actually looked long and hard for this, but came up empty each time.
Everything I've looked at hasn't come even close to the game you're describing.
So unless someone new joins in and takes a shot at it, I'm afraid this one will remain a mystery.

Hey guys, I stumbled upon this thread on my attempts to search for this game that has been racking my brain since I played it the first and only time I've seen the game. No one has even since mentioned this game or anything similar to it. I played when I was young (9-12) on a PC running Windows XP, but I'm pretty sure it may have not been a PC game because it was contained in a folder with other games that I have since discovered are also not PC games (Balls 3D, Sonic 3 etc).
Okay so!

The game is a top down RPG (story driven, not arcade) I don't remember fighting mechanics or even fighting monsters but what I did play was that you started in a village after some story stuff and end up with a (gauntlet? arm brace thing?) and it was the main item of the game. It appears in your HUD with a jewel that becomes colored (red, blue) and was your main magic thing, being able to shoot fire (red) or switch to other elements (you find blue-ice (or maybe it was water) later on) and all I remember from this game is that you used the gauntlet thing to find secrets in the village and you could talk to people (text) that told you story stuff and clues and what-not (like legend of Zelda link to the past)

Thank you guys for maintaining this thread for four years, I wish I had found it earlier but I'm really happy you guys are still helping out other people find their old games again.
Could it be one of Oasis series games?
Beyond Oasis - Story of Thor (the one I've played on Sega Genesis Emulator and liked a lot)
or the successor
Legend of Oasis for Sega Saturn (never got around to play it... yet)

I made an account just to post here. I'm trying to find a somewhat older game, probably between 1995 and 2008. It was kind of a story/hunting/shooter game, and a few pieces of some of the missions i remember are...'
1: In what i believe is the first mission, you had to find some older guy's grandkids or nephew/niece who were lost in a forest.
2: The player had to defend said older guy by shooting wolves that were coming across a bridge with a rifle.
3: In i remember to be the last part of said first mission, i think you had to fight a bear in a cave.

4: The player boarded a plane with a woman, but the plane ran out of fuel, or was damaged, and you had to bail out over a desert.
5: Once the player had found the woman mentioned above, you had to defend her from a fairly large group of lions that came in waves.

Hi everyone, Ive been looking for this game for some time, played on an old arcade machine back in the day anyway I stumbled on this thread so here goes.
It's a late 80s vertical scrolling shoot em up, you were a soldier wearing armour. There were mid level bosses and end of level bosses. I think there were approx 6 diff power ups which where letters representing parts that had to be collected through the level for jump you collect all jumps and you would have super jump or you could collect or you spread them to other parts like fire shield etc so you progressed evenly in the power ups.

Any help much appreciated, I thought it may have started with a P but it was a long time ago.

Cheers

Outzone [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QuEcMq1ofqw] matches quite a few points you've listed.
There is a guy wearing an armor, there are some letters laying around on the floor you can collect. Check it out.

Probably not the game you're looking for, but on a side note, there is a comprehensive database [http://mamedb.com/category/Shooter] of arcade games emulated by MAME, most of them containing a thumbnail picture taken from the game.

If it's there, I'm sure you'll recognize it much quicker than me :)

Hi everyone!
I've been looking around for this game and can't seem to find anything about it.
I played it at the arcades around 15-20 years ago (omg i'm old). It was a 2d shooter-like in which the protagonist and i think most of the enemies were humanoid cats. I'm pretty sure there were 5 or 6 levels each with final bosses (very much metal slug like), with the final level being some kind of heaven. Another thing i remember for sure is that a level (i think the 5th) was in some dark castle and the final boss was a vampire-cat, with a damaging move that consisted in him becoming a flock of bats which then merged together at your character location. I'm saying shooter because I remember at least some ranged attacks but i can't remember how the ammo/attack system worked.
Also i'm 99% sure it's not "Captain claw", although there are some similarities the gameplay and level structure isn't the same.
Can anybody help?
Thanks!

I played this game as a kid, probably late 90s or early 2000s.

It was a PC game where you were a young boy, maybe red hair who went to visit your weird scientist uncle or some relative with your sister. You went through the house and solved problems (math, science, whatever). I just remember it was kinda strange, like the family was really weird. Kinda a mad scientist vibe. And I sort of remember one of the rooms being this like Rock N Roll elvis type Rooster character.

I can't remember much else, but the graphics were pretty good by this point so it wasn't a very old game.

I believe I played this game around the mid to late 90s. It was a point and click adventure type game and I want to say it was called Secrets of the Inca (but it could have been Maya or Aztec as well). I recall it being real pictures with real actors and you spent most if not all of your time in some ancient Mesoamerican city. If any of you could help I would greatly appreciate it.
Just joined this today looking for a game, not sure if its a massive coincidence but your game sounds the one I'm after...

I just posted this
"Hi, I don't know if anyone would know of this game. I think I had it either late 90's of early 00's but only had the demo version. It was a 1st person, point and click puzzle solving game. I think in the full game you would go between different times so not sure whether it was trying to be vaguely educational but the demo I had I believe was set in ancient Greece. You had a little robot sidekick helper guy with a funny voice at the bottom of the screen who would help guide you to find things, and in the this demo level you had to get some clay and push it into this vase you found to make a copy of a royal seal that you would then take back somewhere else to fire in a kiln, I think it was to use it to get past some guards later but the demo never got that far. If anyone can shed any light that would be wonderful, I have a feeling it may be a bit too obscure but worth a try.
Thank you :)"
If its the same one we should join forces... :)
Journeyman Project 3 - Legacy of Time [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=in_3YZ6dx4k], perhaps?
If not maybe one of other two Journeyman Project games...
OMG yes!!!!! That is it!!! Literally love you, that had been bugging me for ages :). Just googled it and the screenshots have the little robot dude in the corner, memories came flooding back :).
Thank you :)
xxx

P.S. Hope this is the one you were after too Chris :)

Sounds vaguely similar to Museum Madness, but not quite. Thought it may be worth mentioning...
If not sorry I couldn't help and happy hunting

Hey guys, I'm wondering if ye can help me find a game. I only remember a small amount about it, but hopefully it's enough to figure it out.

All I remember is:

- You play a bald guy with an over sized head on a tricycle.

- You're collecting stuff (I can't remember what) while trying to avoid the police (who are also on tricycles).

- One level was on a rooftop.

- It was multiplayer, the second player was a female character with black hair and glasses (if I remember correctly).

- Both me and my brother believe it was called Criminal X but it's impossible for either us to find under that name.

I know it's not a lot to go by, but hopefully someone remembers the game.

Thanks in advance.

Hi guys!
I'm cracking my brain over this one. I'm looking for this game that is about something (the player) that punch the ground which cause some kine of energy wave, the wave that is like the one in those physics graph where it starts from a high frequency at both sides of the player and it's frequency decreases and it increases its range of that wave at a longer distance that attacks enemies from both sides which i think that is either blue or pink, and the colour quite striking, it is a 2D game and it is little bit like super mario i think... Can anyone enlighten me? All help is appreciated deeply ^^ THANKS!

I'm hoping someone knows this game. My memory is vague and I might have conflated more than one game together. But this is what I think I played:

A pc game from 2007 or later. (I downloaded a free 1-hour trial) You're on an island or in the jungle. There is a resort. There are statues (maybe tiki) all over the island or resort, and at each one you have to solve a puzzle of some sort. The goal is to solve them all. You may have to unlock them before you can attempt to solve. There are also puzzles to solve to get around on the map - like you have to find pieces to repair a bridge, etc. I also remember something about employees of the resort missing, but I can't be sure.

If you're able to help, I greatly appreciate it!

Does anyone know the name of the game where you you can see the inside of a guy's apartment and then you go inside and your goal is to mess with him. How? You play all sorts of pranks on the guy like leaving pigs on his living room, exchanging his toothpaste with hot sauce and more. And you always have to be sneaky because the guy is always walking from room to room and so you have to do the same and hide. I used to play it in a neighbor's computer like 10 years ago... Can anyone help?

On a neighbour's computer? How fitting. :-D

You're looking for the "Neighbours From Hell" (2004) series.
