Hi there,

I'm wondering if someone knows what this game is. It's a quest/adventure game from likely the late 1990's. It may even have the word quest in the title although I cannot confirm that and I've tried looking without success. I remember in the start of the game you come outside from a small house and there is a fence and a road in-front of you. In the beginning you have to do things like finding a rope and hook to get places you couldn't otherwise. One thing I remember significantly is a water mill in the early game that you could go inside of. I'm not sure what the objective was but you had to fight with swords (and i think bows, I remember enemies had them). Later on you get flaming and frozen swords. I remember at one point I found a unicorn horn which I have no idea what it was for. Later levels featured you in a cave/cavern and after that a marsh that was deeper in some spots. I can't remember if there was magic in the game but I'm leaning toward a yes. Thanks for reading, cheers.

Hello!
I played a PC game when I was kid on 1996, if I remember correctly and it was brand new, as the guy from the video store where my father rent it said. I cannot go to that video store to find out the title because it was in Germany and I don't live there so here I go for the description. I started with a dwarf warrior and I met some steps further another human barbarian like champion. The game had stages like super mario, megaman and games like these and before the end of almost every stage you were finding another champion to join you but before the start of each stage you could choose only 2 or 3 (I am not quite sure for the number) to complete the stage. I remember that I met on the next stages a wizard, a lizardman or dragonborn(not quite sure again) and a ninja??? (again :p). I am pretty sure that champions were growing on lvl, depending on the use but I don't remember anything about equipment. I could see the champions from the side. The game possibly was running on DOS and I think I had to insert some kind of codes, dates in the very beggining before even the dwarf part but not 100% sure. I hope somebody will know what the heck I am talking about because seriously guys the only think I remember and I am 100% sure for, is that I had the greatest fun ever with that game I have just weirdly described to you!!!
Kindly Regards
Murio.

i can't remember the name of this game... i think you play as a red or green blob that kinda looks like the grumpy mushroom from Mario without legs, you can eat these pretzels for which i cant remember why, there is something about a light bulb which has 2 eyes and eyebrows, 2D puzzle/maze game and it looks like the inside of a computer that is green and black coding wires or something and you can use the arrow keys to move. i know it was made somewhere in between 2000 - 2010.

any ideas???
thanks!

Hello.. Many years before, in like 2005`s i`ve played an epic strategy game...which was very similar to Empire Earth 1 (war history), but this game was with monsters versions..and i know you could create clerics, shadow claws or something like this.., monsters that could attack, lords and lasers...I remember you could spawn two very lethal Fire Lava and Ice monster that had huge power(only in scenario mode), exactly like in empire earth style. I know, exactly like in EE you could create your own scenario game, add bots enemies, with their buildings as you wish, monsters aswell, neutral monsters, and yours too...what you wanted to add, you could do it simply, then just play that scenario loaded..but it could be played aswell in campain(as i can hardly remember). I wish i could play again it, if you guys could help me out... It is such incredible game but i don't rembember its name, only what i `ve told you..if you could help me, that would be awesome. Thanks. (Its not warcraft) link to EE style, so it can help you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YVPl3kg6hB4

Hi, this one is somewhat of a tough one and I've been looking for it for years. All I can remember is it was a DOS game and there were multiple alien races you were competing with for, I assume rule of the galaxy, and I remember playing as a human (only option maybe?) and you were in a room with a doorway behind you looking out toward a city as you stood at a round dome topped table. The best recollection I have was there was technologies that you could research, and one of the random events was to find some alien technology and you could then research it to figure out what it was. The other aliens would try and ask you to let them take it as they were more advanced than you. The technology screen looked like Cd-Rom drives and there as a giant panel of them, kind of like a tech tree but the "tree" was more like a giant rectangle filled with Cd-Rom drives that you could select each one to pick the next research. Thanks for any ideas!

Hello everyone.
This is my story...
I've been playing this game as a little boy, around 1-2 grade (that was around 2001-2).
Didn't know english well enough to understand full concept of the game (still feeling that I'm making shitton of mistakes even now writing this).
Old PC game, similar to Fallout 1/2.
Sci-fi futuristic setup.
Can vaguely remember dinosaur-ish enemies.
There are several charatcers (4/5) that you can control, if I recall correctly, depending on a mission some of them might be robots (they dont look like humans though).
I can totaly remember ability to pick weapons from the ground, dragging (dead?) bodies to a revival device.
Revival looked like a dude stuck in a shower behind a green door with only his silhouette being visible and that silhouette being continiously scanned.
Some of the characters could have access to control pannels near that revival device and doors to turn them off and on.
The place of action was on a planet outpost(?), cause some of my dudes chocked to death without oxygen after leaving the base(?).
Still vaguely remember menu.
Blue background with big golden O in the middle.
Menu buttons were either within or around that O.
Tanks to everyone who can suggest something of use:D

Ok, so like most others I can't remember the name of the game. I have been trying to find it out for a very long time now. All i know is i was really young so it was around late 90's to early 2000. You started off in a town or village, at night so it was really dark, and there were these reptile like monsters who were lurking around trying to kill you. It was a 3d game, and it had it's own how to draw book at one point. i know there was a lake somewhere near the town, and a light house or tower like structure near it. you got a crossbow there i believe, and i think you were trying to get a crown? but i may be wrong on that part. the reptile creatures had really long thin claws. If someone can find this for me i will be very grateful!

Ok, this has been driving me crazy for the past 2 days, and I have searched everywhere!

The game is a late-90s / early 200s (like very early) 3D PC game, where you can build a castle, have a moat, change the colours/patterns of the castle pieces, and then even walk inside the 3D castle. And in some rooms, there is a King or a Princess/Queen, and maybe a Knight. But the one thing I definitely remember is a Jester (red and blue clothing, I think), who was the main narrator and guide in the game. It teaches about castles, what each room was used for, and things like that. In the intro to the game, the Jester says something, I can't remember what, but he at one point says "Medieval" and lightning flashes with thunder on the screen.

I know I didn't just dream it up, because I have such a vivid memory of it. Please, help? :)

I First remember playing in 1991-92
Turn-based War Game
WWII and Cold War type Military Units
Multi-player option of up to maybe 6? All had basic single colour to distinguish (blue, red, yellow etc.)
Hexagonal layout but very old-school. Think a slight upgrade on MechWar.
Big problem is I had an all Japanese version so I have no idea what any of the language meant. Also don't know if it was ever released in English!
I just remember the battles being epic in scale (possibly a lot of different scenarios games within) and playing for days at a time.

Any help would be amazing. Thanks

Edutainment games are always hard to find, but that one is probably 3D Castle Creator by Crayola.

I have a glimpse of mid/late 90s game. Following are some memories;
1. It has a bubble-gun to catch crawling/walking objects, and they can also be killed by jumping on them. (like we have in game Bubble Bobble)
2. First round starts from a still train.
2. At some instances it has large square object with Halloween kind of paint on them.. and if you don't leave them timely they goes down in to the fire.
3. There are also large round object over them you balance yourself to pass the fire at the ground.
4. Round ends with a kiss, and there are some 21 rounds, and at the start of every round, a child (a family member) adds to the family.
I have spent days to look for the game but now luck. Lets see if someone else has played it and can recall its name.

Thanks.

I'm trying to remember a game i played awhile back. I remember distinctively turning into diffrent monsters. using these tokens you get when you kill monsters. Any way i think the first one is a tadpole. I do remember having to turn into the tad pole i the beginning to get passed a wolf or something. Anyway i know crystal is in the name. But can quite pick the name out.
I know it's about three years too late, and I don't know if you still care, but I've been trying to pin down the name of the same game for a long time. It's called Threads of Fate, released on the PS1 in 1999. I distinctly remembered playing the demo where you killed monsters, gathered coins from them and turned into them, and wanting to experience that gameplay for more than three minutes. Hopefully that's put it to rest for you too.

I'm looking for a couple of games I played on a CD from a magazine.

The first one is a puzzle game which objective is clear the screen exploding groups of the same color, like Super Collapse. But instead of square there are spheres and there is a maximum of 4 bombs. The music awesome. And it has the default mode of all screen and a 'history' mode with several puzzles to solve. The gameplay is as follows: when you click on a group all spheres are united with lightnings and tells you how many spheres will explode. If you click again the same color, then it explodes.

The other one is a kind of tetris where the pieces are squares divided in two diagonally. And the objective is make squares of the same color.

I remember this game I used to play at my uncle's all the time. It was a side scrolling shooter set in space on the PSOne. The graphics looked 3D as I remember, but I suppose they could have been 2D designed to look 3D. I think it did have a regular gameplay mode with full levels, but I only think I ever played the Boss Rush.
I remember the first boss was some sort of giant fish spaceship.
I remember the third boss being a gigantic spaceship and the background looked like the ocean at sunset.
I know many of these side scrolling shooters had alien and fleshy bosses later, but I only remember the bosses being other spaceships or at least mechanical in some way, until the last boss I remember reaching which was a weird sort of see-through glowing turtle with cores inside it that you had to fire at with your special weapons.

I'm trying to remember a game I played on PC around 2000. It was a 2D metroidvania style game where you played a young, chibi-looking vampire and you're looking for a princess I think. You gain powers and gain access to new areas. There's a knight character as well who you fight, he's definitely the final boss and his sword get's enormous and takes up like a third of the screen. Pretty simple but nice graphics, very japanese looking, chibi style characters etc. Any ideas are appreciated!

So there was this game I used to play as a kid, I think it was about 2006~2008 when I used to live in Costa Rica.
It was local fullscreen two player PC game where you had to fight each other. One person controlled a blue, I dunno, just some kind of round, fluffy (I think) ball with eyes and hands (and no legs probably), the other person a red one. It was a plattformer with several small maps to play on, also some underwater and snowy maps, and I think it was rather a pixel game. There were also items, like a jetpack, a flamethrower and other stuff, a normal shotgun too I guess. And of course you could just punch each other. It rather was a kids game since the was no blood and such, just a fun 2D, one-screen game.
I really used to enjoy playing this game with friends, even though it was such a simple concept. I hope anyone remembers it.. Thanks already!
