Here's one.. I've been trying to remember the name of this game for years now.. it's from late 1990's. You have control of some sort of floating battle Island (on earth i think, definetly not in space though), that you can build up as you like with catapults and defenses. Theme of the game is that you are battling other Islands.

Anyone have any flue??
NetStorm: Islands At War (1997)?

I found out the name by mere luck while googling, it was called "stratosphere: conquest of the skies"

The game I search is a parkour-type game.
Its all about colours (I think up to 3 different)

On one colour you run faster, on the other one you jump and on the third one you can walk up walls.
If I remember right.

No guarantee this is a fact - but I think its only 3 letters in the game title.
Played this like 6-8 years ago.

Thank you! :)

There's this one 3D game I used to play 8-9 years ago in elementary school, it involved solving numbers to defeat monsters and progress through the game. We'd always have to play the first level since the rest of the game costed money. I believe the character you played as was an alien or something as well. I know this is vague but I don't remember all that much from the game as this was over 8 years ago.

Ok, y'all are gonna hate me for this one. I have barely any information as this may actually just be a figment of my imagination or a dream which has crept too much into my concious. Anyhow.

I recall playing a game, I think it was for the SNES. It was a top-down sort of view, I can only compare it to the Pokemon gameboy game style birds-eye view.

Basically you went through doors and stuff and I think you were some sort of vehicle, or robot thing. All i remember that stands out to me the most was these enemies that looked like piles of Cow Poo. They stick strong. There were other enemies I cant really remember, just the cow poos.

Some of the maps (rooms, whatever) were like an orange colour.

That's really all I have :( I really want to play it again. But im losing hope of ever finding it again. I don't think it was a very popular game as I have downloaded many a SNES rom which i thought was it only to find out its something completely different.

So yeah, kinda robotic style, with cow poo looking enemies, that moved around and splatted you if they got you.

Its not much to go on but if anyone knows I will love them forever.

Thanks!

Hey all, I've been having issues trying to work out what this game was that I played years ago on my old 486. - I played this in the mid to late 90's, but the game could have been older.

Any ideas? I've been banging my head against google Image results for a while now with no luck.
Forced Alliance: The Glarious Mandate (1997)?
Cutscenes match, and what you drew closely resembles the first starbase, but not the ship that the player is flying.

Might not the one you're looking for, but thought I'd mention it anyway. Since it's so obscure. ...I remember it being pretty epic once you got past the hellish difficulty of the first missions.
Unfortunately, that's not it.
Going by the screenshots of that one, those graphics look far better than the one I'm thinking of.

After sleeping a bit, I remembered a bit more of how the ship looked, (And I worked out why I was a little unsure of its shape)

In the cutscenes, the ship (One-man fighter sised) was always smooth and oval shaped.
In the gameplay, it was very angular. (Obviously, because computers back then couldn't do a round ship)

I've hand-drawn a few sketches of the ship, with some notes attached. (my handwriting is crap)

I remember that the Engine Exhaust, at the centre of the rear end, had a red glow, and what I assume is the engine intake also had a red glow about it.
I think it also had a retractable landing gear, (One in front, two in rear, Struts, not wheels)

Hello

I'm trying to think of a game from the early 2000s I think? It was for ps2.

Basically you play as some kind of (possibly anthropomorphic) canine if I remember, going around rescuing other animals. I do recall a moment where you had to use a giant mech to combat enemies.

My brain isn't making something up is it? I'm sorry for the vagueness. The details escaped me as it's been a very very long time since I played it.

The game I'm trying to remember isn't all that old. I believe it was on the Xbox 360. It was a first person shooter, and it had this particular mode where you are on one side and you protected this, what looked like a, manhole cover. It was holding some evil force inside, I believe... As the good side, it was your job to protect it. You could choose to be a soldier, an engineer to repair this manhole cover thing, etc. Then there was the bad side trying to release the evil. Each time you spawned, you could choose to be different characters with different abilities. My favorite was this little tiny critter that moved very quickly. If you were fast enough, you could get all the way through next to the manhole thing, and explode, doing big damage. On the other end of the spectrum, you could be this huge creature that was really slow, but did some serious damage. It was wildly popular a few years back, and I cannot for the life of me remember what it was. I thought it was Gears of War, but I just bought 4, and I couldn't find that mode. I read through online the modes the earlier versions have, and I didn't see it on any of them. Any ideas?

Hi. I'm looking for anything about a game I remember from the late 80's/early 90's.

I recall that you're inside a building, solving puzzles. You can't leave, and for some reason you are hiding from a security guard placed near a set of stairs. It seemed like a mansion of sorts, but I can't be certain. I also recall a puzzle having to do with astronomy.

I've already ruled out "D", Nancy Drew: Curse of Blackmoor Manor, the 7th Guest and the 11th Hour. The gameplay is similar to those games though.

Any help at all would be wonderful. :)

Maybe it's "Inferno" (1994) then. It did have a pilot with orange gear and huge boots.
The fighter did have wheels though. But just give it a look.

Sadly its not, if i remember rightly it was more serious. I have looked through every single title on Snes Guide, and now im starting to have doubts. I looked at the footage for Axelay, it looked very similar in terms of the maps but i don't remember it being side scrolling. It was more like open roam maps like Zombies ate my neighbours style.

I'm looking for a 90's PC educational game. It could also be 2-player.

First, you picked a nickname. You couldn't name yourself and had to pick from a list of nicknames (Buddy, Egghead, etc). Then a narrator would say "Egghead, is THIS your name?".

After that, all I remember is there were categories and you had to click on the correct image that matched the name. I mostly remember silhouettes, but I think that was just one game mode. The categories I remember were Presidents and Birds.

I can usually track down games I've played, but this one is a doozy!

Does anyone remember this game? It's driving me mad.

Basically, I vaguely remember it being an isometric horror pc game. Late 90s - early 00s.

It was set in modern times, possibly some western American town, and the main character was some guy (possibly an investigator) and you started the game or demo in a church. The church was like a sanctuary and none of the demons (I can't remember if they were vampires or zombies tbh) could enter.

You found a revolver at some stage. There was a bar and a priest or something. It was set at night. I have no idea what the purpose of the game was, maybe I was an exorcist or vampire hunter.

The graphics were very similar to Desperados: Dead or Alive.

I vaguely remember playing a racing game with tron-like graphics where your car could deploy wings and fly for pc which also had online support.

Check out the "Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney" series, which practically is a sequel to the Wright games. Haven't played them myself yet, but it sounds fitting.

Sitting here trying to recall 2 gameboy titles... AGAIN! (blonde knight or viking bubble gum?! some strange kid that can transform into bugs or animals... both platform type games!) and the blonde knight/viking game had this one part where you have to jump a broken bridge, the bridge wasn't like a regular rope bridge, more like a long house that was cut in half bridge?
Prophecy: The Viking Child had a blonde protagonist, and the word 'viking' in the title.

Shantae was a lovely little game (that no-one ever played) for the Game Boy Colour where the protagonist could transform into monkeys, birds, and other things.

But those are stabs-in-the-dark. Any further information would be helpful. For instance, which Game Boy model did you play (Advance? Color? Vanilla?)? What year was this? What is viking bubble gum? Where can I get some? Why don't you just play Alfred Chicken instead? That was the best Game Boy platformer that didn't involve an Italian plumber.
I'm pretty sure it's not either of them and the game with the transforming bug kid is Chinese or Japanese related, i mean it was in English but the vibe it gave off wasn't, and viking bubblegum? i said that cause i think the main blew bubblegum during loading screens or something but i can't recall for sure, which system i was playing on might be a little hard cause the card was like a gameboy color cartridge (big and square and silver/grey) but it had a blue sticker with a bunch of names on it and it had several games in it like a Pokemon game that played like Mario or some Power Ranger or spiderman games but i am not looking for those other games... just the 2 :/ (OH! and the transforming kid had a strangely shaped head and i think he was part of a cartoon or something, the knight or viking game was in color and i think you also had to collect these blue orbs, i can't say for sure if they were regular blue orbs or souls/spirit like)

Wait a sec, I think I have played the game with the transforming kid...

Check out the "Crayon Shin-Chan" games for Gameboy.

Personally, I might have only played #4. Apparently there are more, probably on other systems too.
So maybe that would provide a good start where to look for yours.
