Hello. Does anybody know the name of a game for pc with these details:

- it probably was released early 2000s
- you play the character of a human male
- i remember starting out the game in this village or something and there being snow and aliens
- if i remember correctly you have to pass this "test" or something where you had to crawl and not be seen and this alien guy will tell you if did it right or not
- i think it's a shooter but am not sure, just remember having a gun during the game and having to go and kill other kinds of aliens

Hi there,

I have been trying to find out the name of a game I played in the late 1980s/early 1990s and am hoping that someone here can help me out.

I played the game when I was in Infants school, possibly on a Microbee computer and I am assuming it was on a floppy disc.

There was a little man on the screen (I feel like his name was Tobey/Toby??) and you would type in a sentence like "Can 'Tobey/Toby/Insert name here' eat?" and if he could there would be a little animation of him eating.

I believe the aim of the game was to discover all the things he could do. I remember eat, drink, run, walk, sleep and our favourite...explode!!

I feel like I have looked all over the Internet for an answer and possibly I can't find it because I have the name of the character wrong or because it is a really obscure Australian game that no one has ever heard of!!

There is this game that i played on ps1 but that was 90's. Only thing i can remember was this scene. "A girl with little angel wings falls down a high cliff and a guy seemingly protagonist jumps down as fast as he can to save the girl then there was this little pan down and the girl with wings was floating. Well duh because of her wings. But unfortunately the guy drop with his face first on the rock due to his surprise that the girl can fly. But he does not take injury." I hope anyone of you can relate to this game. At least just someone. This clue might be a less but its freaking me out. I need to know this game. Its driving me crazy. I think late 90s is the best era for JRPG.

Hi, there was a SNES or GBA game, where you were a little kid, you woke up in the morning and you needed to go to brush your teeth, and then you lived the normal life of that kid (you took breakfast, you went to play with your dog, a normal day). At the very end of the game they gave you a code that you could use, I don't remember how or for what, but the game was for the SNES or GBA. Thanks if anyone can help me. :D

Hey, so I remember playing an old pc game in the early 90s and I can't remember for the life of me what its called, I think Betrayal was in the title (not Betrayal at Krondor!!)
So the gameplay involved a turn based strategy kind of style, where the whole purpose of the game was to secure as many seats in the council as possible, this was done by taking over as many villages as possible on a fairly large map. When you attack an enemy village you have so many troops and if you were lucky a troll or two and you would battle it out one on one until one side had no more troops. If victorious, you could choose to ransack the village or station troops etc. The graphics for this game were pretty shabby to say the least but gameplay wise it was addictive. Does anyone know what game I'm talking about? Please bear in mind I haven't played this game in like 20 years so some of the details are a bit hazy.
Oh I almost forgot, you play the role of a knight on horseback going from village to village, I think there was a total of 3 other AI knights and you all represented different colours.

Any help on this quest of mine would be very much appreciated. Cheers guys

74 pages you would think me mad to read all of that so forgive me if this one has been named or mentioned already.
There was this game I owned as a kid for the SNES.
It was a first person game you started out moving around in this forest and the only indicator of life that you had were these candles. Once they burned out that was it game over. As far as I know anyway I never made it past the first area. And you didn't really so much as move as you did scroll side to side and then AH a guy with a orange skin complexion might show up time to time and shoot some magic at you.

If anyone has any idea what I am talking about it would be great if you could remind me what the title was again.

I am hoping, as I am sure others have said, that this has not been already posted but I have read through some of the pages of posts here and have not found too much help.

There is a game my father got a demo of back in the 90s. If I were to put a date range it would be mid to late 90s, but I do not believe as late as 98 or 99. The game reminded me of an Alice in Wonderland type of game, and I believe that it was suppose to be Alice in Wonderland. But it was first person player (I am not up on gaming terms, so forgive me here) as in you viewed the game from their eyes, and did not see the actual person you played. The idea of the game reminded me a bit of Myst (with puzzles and such to figure out). There was no fighting in the game, that I can remember, another reason why it reminded me a little of Myst. One key thing I remember playing in the demo was there was this wooded/forest area that I could travel around in and I would collect objects and information for different things. If I do remember correctly (given this is from a 12-13 yr old perspective b/c i was that age when I played) the game was dark and even sinister, maybe-- but only maybe in the same way one might find the Myst games dark or sinister. Anyhow, in searching some of the pages in here where some people have posted playing what sounded like similar games, and seaching screen shots in google images i have concluded that is is NOT: Kings Quest, Rage of Mages, or American McGee Alice. If anyone has any insite, please post a reply. :) Thank you!

Hi I'm looking for a game that I played many years ago. It had 3/4 dvd's and you start of training as a spy. You then have to figure out a lot of stuff like if there was a shooting you had this special tool to work out where the shot came from and you even had to travel to Russia for evidence. Hope that helps thanks Johann
Sounds like Spycraft: The Great Game

I believe the game you're talking about is Creatures:

In kindergarten, there was this game that looked like "Adventure" for the Atari 2600 but slightly better (your character looked like a human rather than a dot) that I played on a computer that had no mouse (it was also on a computer that did have one and moving the mouse would move your character). It had you exploring some kind of maze (dungeon may be more appropriate) as either a boy or girl collecting items.

The game was beaten by collecting pieces of a giant suit of armor to defeat what I remember looked like a giant bat that would swoop in and capture you if you couldn't get all the pieces in time (there was also an easy mode with no time limit).

What stands out most in my memory was that there were these worm-like things that would eat you if you got in their way, and you would have to navigate you way out of what I assume was their digestive tract.

Oh christ finally i've been looking for a thread like this for AGES.

Now the following is going to be a very VERY bad description, bare with me:

Its just like Rogue, but its i small grid screen something like 10x10. Not sure.

It worked by going into a dungeon and every level you gained, you could pick a new spell from a list, like "fireball", "heal" and otherwise.

It has some sort of story, but it just doesnt come to me. I played it close to a decade ago, not sure when it was made.

Some of the enemies consisted of a mirror reflection of yourself, as well as a block of jelly?

When you died, there was this grave with when you played and what you put your name as. I think it appeared to be in Atari-ish graphics.

I've been looking forever for this game, I used to love it.

About 12-15 years old, so be prepared for alot of thinking:
Shooting/rpg game, I think they were police or special forces, there were four character's to choose from, two girls, two guys. One level I remember you had to get down in the subway I believe and you shot your way through to the door, hiding behind cars. You could pick up objects like pipes and things to fight with and I believe it was for the Playstation.....anyone know what I talking about, cuz I've been thinking of it for the past like two years straight randomly and I wanna sleep sometime this week, lol
could it be fighting force by eidos??
Oh my god I love you, been jumping for joy for the last three minutes staring at the pictures on google chanting, "This is it, this is it." lol. Thank you kind sir, ^_^

While I have this post fresh, can you tell me another one, or anyone really:
Arcard game I believe, side-to-side fighting like tekken, doa, soul, etc. I remember this one girl who had a skirt and she had a Bandana around her head. She had a super that involved a volleyball. I believe it was 3d, not entirely sure, graphics weren't too big on my concern back then, ^_^U.

Any help whould be appreciated and if I remember anything else while no one's solved it I'll try and post it here, ^_^.

Hello i have been looking for a game for two days now. It's a game i played as a kid.

Ok so this is a side-scrolling game where you play as a some kind of a witch with long purple hair(mabye green but most possibly purple) .This was basically a jumping and running game. I remember this being a long game as i never actually finished it since it got really hard. And possibly you could not save the progress as there were just some checkpoints you had to pass.
I think the first level was a green terrain with a blue sky.

the character you play resembles like one of those thing in lemmings game but with longer purple hair.

the graphics of the game was not too bad at that time so it may have been a 1998s game but im not sure.

I hope someone can help me out.

When i was a kid, this was probably between 1998 and 2003, i played a game on my computer that was about catching monsters. I remember the main character as a kid, you could choose between boy or girl. You searched in some kind of yard and caves for monsters that you use to fight other mosters that block your way. There was a monster that looked like piled up rings or something, the color of the monster was purple and yellow, i remember it being the most powerful one. The game was somewhat 3d, like the sonic game for the sega saturn, and the perspective was similar, seeing the game from a diagonal view. Im not sure how i got the game, if it was a full game of demo. The monsters where things like cactuses, carrots and other objects and animals. I recall some particle effects that looked like rainbow dust, i don't know if that helps. That's all the details i remember right now. Hope i can have your help.

Hello, i'm trying to remember an old playstation 1 OR possible PS2 game where you use energy/mana to summon monsters that would walk from the left/right side of the screen and clash with the enemies monsters in the middle of the screen, using more energy would summon bigger and stronger monsters, mana would slowly regenerate and you could choose from Multiple monster types to summon (flying, ranged, melee, tanky ones). You would also choose what race/type of monsters you would want to use before the game started. ALSO - Tapping triangle would regenerate your mana/energy slightly faster. Hope anyone can help me

EDIT: The point of view of this game was sort of like tekken
