Game type: RTS
System: Early 2000's pc.
Random things I can remember: It was a medieval type game with barbarians and orcs and such, nothing space age. In the tutorial you took command of a barbarian chief who wielded a flail.
You had to build buildings to make more units and such, the main building every base needed was a round building with a stick fence around it and when you got it to max level it got a second story with spikes on the roof. I believe the building was white stone looking.
The most basic unit you could have was a "Thrall" which was simply a male slave with nothing but a loin cloth sandals and dark short hair.
The map was black until one of your units went to the area and then it was revealed until that level was over.
If you slayed an enemy chief your chief could walk to his body and take his loot but your chief had to be on top of him to do so.
The point of view was like 75 degrees, you werent looking straight down on your people but slightly ahead and above them. camera could not be rotated. Game was not truly 3d, kind of a psuedo 3d with 2d sprites
I cant be sure of this one but I believe it came with a demo disc of disciples ii dark prophecy.
Get me some nostalgia please
