Hey guys, I've got a game I've been trying to remember for a while. I think it was on Windows 95 or 98.. maybe 2000. I think it was part of a learning suite of games for kids, in the game you were a helicopter and you flew around a forest trying to put fires out and rescue animals from a top down perspective... at least, that's what I can remember :p Anybody know??
Did you also have to deliver mail at some occasions, by any chance? Because a buddy of mine used to have a game like that, but can't remember the name of it =/
Hmmm I couldn't say for sure you had to deliver mail, but it does sound familiar.. anybody have any guesses??

Please help me...

I used to watch my baby sitter play this game on her computer when I was a kid. I tried playing it also and I loved it. This was around 1997.

PC Game
2D
Little man is the character
Movement using the arrow keys
quick sand / tar pits / snakes
He may have been able to collect inventory?
You may have been able to change things in the levels to help solve it?
Puzzle-like (I believe you just tried to move around on the screen until you get to the goal on the same screen)
I took some time to finish a level
Aztec/Pyramid/Sandy

This has been bugging me for over 10 years and I am at my wits end. I Need Help!! Please!
Is that pitfall?

Nope. I don't believe there is any kind of side scrolling. Most of it happens on the same screen you start with.

You can see the whole(or at least most of it) all on the start screen.

The character was tiny and the level was huge. I remember climbing ladders. Rock-like barriers?
Kings quest mayby?
WAs it a point and click game?

Hey Guys!

I dont remember a game that I used to play when I was child. It was around '98 or maybe 2000.
I only play with the demo version of the game. You could choose from different caracters (an ALIEN, MONKEY, KENGUROO, and I remeber to a woman or something).
In the first level you had to climb on a big building to reach the helicopter on the top. You had to race.
You could throw things to each other while you was climbing.
Thats all I remember. Thank you if you can help me!

that is the exact game that I am looking for too..
it is not Crazy Climber , it is not Rampage

but I remember one more thing about it: it doesn't only have climbing stages
it also has a stage where you have to knock out other characters from a 3D platform , a kind of ring
the game had a championship feel to it

I hope some1 here will know this game because it is making me crazy that
I do not remember anything about it and I can't find any information about it
I really hope some1 knows whhat it is

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eW1DAZbOuTk
I think its that
thank you for the reply Hushus64 but it(War Of The Monsters) is not the one I need.
what you linked is a full 3D game , but the one I'm looking for is a 2D game with 3D looking sprites in the climbing levels , and the fighting levels are 3D but with a fixed camera I think.Furthermore both during the climbing and fighting there are many characters on the stage competing against eachother and one of them is controlled by the player of course. I mean it is not a 1V1 type thing like in your link.
I think what we played was really only a DEMO version and it is a PC game.

There's this really old game I'm looking for, and I barely remember anything about it, which makes this so much harder :(

- But basically it's a game that was possibly released during 1999-2002
- It had really bad and charming graphics... think Space Funeral
- ^ It was low-res pixels if I'm not mistaken
- It's for the PC
- The main character had a red hat I think? He was a clown? I'm very muddy about this detail
- It was also an indie game if I'm not mistaken, but it was a whole series, like 3 or 4 games
- They were all very short, half an hour to an hour
- The game was VERY VERY trolly and had a very peculiar humor that I liked, i.e. you'd walk forward and try to avoid a trap pit, but instead the tile beside it was the trap pit, and so on... you also had to solve a puzzle or find an item on each screen
- It seemed bad "intentionally", I can't describe it any better way
- One part involved a maze that I could never figure out... it took place in a pyramid or a cave

It was either a Point'n'Click or you had to use your keyboard - but either way, there were no battles or anything

the title was also very misleading afaik, or strange

I'd be very thankful to anyone who could point me in the right direction... I used to play it all the time and had so much fun with it.

Edit: I think the title included the word TOMB, but Im not too sure!

this has been killing me.... i remember a game i used to play on either the Amiga or my first ever PC (a Time PC!).
it was a smallish map, really dark, and you controlled a Knight who'd go round pretty much jsut opening and unlocking doors. you'd pick up weapons along the way and then zombies would come out to be killed too.

it was 2 player, one person would use ASDWX keys and one would use the arrows on the right of the keyboard. anyone know what the name of this was?!

Are you thinking of ghouls n' ghosts? Or ghosts n' goblins?

I'm trying to remember the name of a PC game I played in the 90s for a short time. It was sort of a fantasy horror setting and there was an evil carnival inside the house. It was definitely a hack 'n slash. The graphics were fairly realistic and very blood splatteringly gory. One of the characters was a barbarian. A few levels in there were naga women in the dungeon. Anyone have any idea what this game was?

Hey Guys, I ran across this thread searching for two old games I was looking for. I saw them mentioned but couldn't find the post about them. They were old pc games from the mid 90's that I played in school. I wanted to find them for my son to play. He's right about that age now.

The first one was a math maze game where you had to lead a mouse around the maze and solve math problems to open up the blue/red/invisable blocked path doors. Your cursor was cheese and later on there was a horse and the cursor was a carrot. Each time you finished a level of mazes you added something to the throne room, like a lion on a throne, crown, books, gold piles, etc. I found it a year or so ago but I've forgotten.

The second was, I think, a spelling game, where you were a rabbit. There were different parts to the game like fishing,, something to do with a carrot garden, and mostly I remember mining. The rabbit was in a mine and there was a pickaxe and cart and when you completed part of the game he would hack off one of the crystals and it would fall into your cart. You had to collect and increasing number and the crystals were different colors the further you got along.

I've been looking for a long time for these so if anyone knows the names I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
Post was overlooked so I thought I would try again.

Hi

I've been trying to find out the name of this game which I played around 15 years ago, I cannot remember much of it but this is what I can remember.

You went into a some castle to fight monsters.
You fought the monsters with weapon or with monsters of your own
To get your monsters you hatched them out of and Egg.
You could find the eggs around the castle and they were just as big as you and you jumped on the egg and cracked them with yours hands.
You could buy weapons and others things
You could buy a race track in the place you came from.

Sorry thats all I can remember, I hope someone recognizes this game.

Guys, i dont know what to say really

I have this game in mind, finding it again will bring tears to my eyes!
I played this game everyday when i was 8 or 9 (I'm 16 now)

Basically:
Its a PC game
Windows 98 or most likely xp
I dont think it was famous or really that known, my uncle gave it to me on like a burned (not literally) disk
So basically from what I remember
it had a japanese theme to it i think, i might be wrong
I think you started in some dojo
It was a 3d first person btw
you had blonde her i think?
i feel like the game starts with an s
i think you shot fireballs or something
you would ride this huge pink thing or some really weird creature to different islands where there were different types of monsters
im pretty sure there were like potions, and a shop
also im pretty sure u had to buy the game to save, i probably had a demo
It's not a point and click though, its like a shooter in a way
Please help me, i knw it is a vague memory but pleaseee!

PLEASE HELP ME. There's this game I used to play for PC and it was a platform game. You had to get through certain levels by avoiding obstacles and at the end there was a door i believe. Then once you beat the levels, you get into a car or motorcycle and drive down this long road strip while avoid obstacles like birds, cars, etc. Then the cycle repeats i guess. I have a feeling the title has any of these words in it: America, road, USA, trip. I think the character was a short fat guy and that's all. If you know the answer please tell me. This has been on my mind ALL DAY!

I have thought about this game for ages now. I have searched everywhere I could think of, but I just can't seem to find it! It's an old free online game, based on some sort of cartoon/anime series! I can't remember much, but you fly a sort of spaceship I think. And if I remember correctly you race other characters or you have to like go through ports in the air, it all looks rather futuristic! And the characters are like wierd looking creatures!
And the cartoon/anime series it's based on might be star wars or something like that, but I'm not at all sure! But if I had to describe it (without being sure) some cartoon/anime mix between star wars and avatar! :D ..
Thank you beforehand !! I really hope someone can remember it even though I didn't give much information! :D
