Hey I remember playing a game either on the Nintendo 64 or PlayStation 1 but when you start the game your directly outside of a house. And the house is in-front of a cave. But if you go in the cave there poison that slowly kills you. Its a 3d game. Everything though has a dark color to it. Its been bugging me for a long time.

For now thats all ive got cause I know its not much to go on but I dont want to let on I could possibly find it for him so dont want to quiz him on it :p . If anyone could help it would be great :D
I also saw someone post something that sounded pretty much the same as this game a few weeks back but cant for the life of me find it again, so if that person is out there, help :)

Registered for this thread, this one game has bothered me for quite a while already and after browsing pretty much every page (quite fast though, 170 pages is hard to scan). It was a ps1 game, perhaps very early ps2 (I remember borrowing my spyro 1 for this game) and it was basically 4 player FFA brawling game. It had a 3d world you could run around instead of 2d like super smash bros or such. I remember my favourite char being DeeDee or "DD" and the point was to kill everyone else. The ways to kill other people were by picking up random objects that dropped to the map from time to time (Red missiles and logs atleast were few) and every character had a special trait (One could throw a log that turned into a tornado and DD had bigger explosions with missiles if I recall right). It had multiple levels to go through in one campaign play. From levels I can only remember one being a square map with green hills and trees and other map was round laboratory-like level with a laser thing in the middle that would shoot a laser that rotated through the level and you had to jump over it.

There was this cartoon shooting game. The figures had a "+" in the middle of their faces and you could pick up their guns and weapons and jetpacks. There were levels and zombie mode. You could throw knives and use a mass variety of weapons. There were multiple versions of the game i believe but the first one was the best?
Madness the game or Madness interactive, not sure about it's real name but you can find it with those words w/ google

Hello.
When I was like 3 or 4 years old, sometime around the 98, I used to play a PC game that was something like this:
You could choose between several characters, one of them was a really big guy with one of these things http://community.fortunecity.ws/roswell/callanish/96/morning-star.jpg . Then there was a sorcerer, I don't remember how he was. Then there was a girl that had a scepter, she was a sorcerer too I think and she looked kinda like Poison Ivy from Batman. And the only level I remember was a dungeon and you had to kill goblin-like monsters that made a strange sound like "ANIANIA" or something like that.
Please help me remember the name, I really want to play that game again.

A game I probably played in the early 2000s, but it I think it was from the mid/late nineties. I think it was bundled as a demo with some kind of robocop game and a demo of Total Annihilation, but don't quote me on that. You were in something like a spaceship, it flew, and it was black I think, and angular, but it was first person. but you were underground I think. There was a bit you went through that said "no humans beyond this point" or something similar. You could collect powerups and stuff and when you died, you could respawn and find where you died before and pick up your powerups from the last time (which I thought was genius at the time). I also seem to recall everything being very brightly coloured, but again, don't quote me on that.
Descent / Fury3 / Forsaken?
Descent

I cannot thank you enough, its been bugging me for years. You're a star!

There's a game I'm looking for, pretty sure it came as a demo or something on a Sampler Disc. It's an old 2D game, kinda pixelated. You play as this character that goes to her house and finds her parents killed by goblins or something and her house is burned down. You decide to go to this dungeon/cave type place and fight creatures that you come across, all while finding pixelated piles of gold coins when the goblins and hobgoblins and various monsters die. I realize this is very vague, but I can't quite remember much of it, just remember what a great game it was. Also if ever you were injured badly or poisoned, I believe the little message box said something like "Your constitution is low?" and you could find enchanted weapons that were blue, or cursed weapons that were red. Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Sounds like one of the Shinobi games.
i took a look at those games, and even though Joe Musashi (the main hero) looks like the guys i'm describing, it seems that those games aren't what i'am searching.

the same day i played the game i'm looking for, i played both syphon filter(1999) and spiderman (2000), therefore the only options are Shinobi (2002) and Nightshade (2003). I watched gameplays froms those games. They aren't what i desire, though.

Furthermore, both syphon filter and spiderman runs on PS One, thus my sneaky game must run on PS One, too.

Your post somewhat helped me. As i see it, know i am closer to find it than only an hours ago. I really appreciate your support :D Thanks

Nevertheless, if you find out something, please tell it to me :)
It could also be Strider. I remember the guy having a red scarf and moving like a ninja.

I remember playing this game at a local computer game store during the early 90s. On the PC, it was a side scroller with Sega Genesis-like graphics where you choose between a red robot or blue robot. The red robot looked bulkier than the blue robot and had a ton of guns on him so you shoot your way through the level. The blue robot was slender and was only armed with a sword.

I'm not the only one looking for this one, I remember playing it when I was 6/7 now I'm 21. Pretty sure it was on DOS or windows 95, I remember the first level being inside of a building, and at the end of the level there was a big mech outside as the boss. Can't remember the name, but i've been looking for this game for years. Thank you for any ideas! :)
Just a bump to see if hope is lost for this game. Also if it helps at all the game to my knowledge was 16 bit, and played a lot like Cyberator but it looked and ran a whole lot better. Any help is appreciated.

Help!? :(

I remember playing a game on ps1 (it was on an official PlayStation magazine disc in the UK)
You start out as a boy in a cell with only a few actions you can do I believe.
A guy toys into your square cell on a platform that flys, you have to punch him and get on the platform to fly out of your cell and start your escape.

And that's all I can seem to remember

Hi love the thread. I have a game that I played on PC. I don't know the name of it but it's similar to lord of the Realms but it had no battle scenes. All birds eye view. It was turn based. You could set taxes and you had to watch food and morale levels...I remember it always had snow on the ground. there were towns but I think they were predetermined I know the roads were. I think you could upgrade towns too castles but it took FOREVER and was expensive! Plz help it's driving me nuts...

Hi guys, I just recently created this account after searching for almost 30 pages of this thread... I'm looking for an old, not-so-known game my sister just asked, I'll try to be as specific as I can...

- We played this game 11-12 years ago, so it must be between 95-2001
- It was a 3D third person adventure
- The main character was a man / guy / kid / boy with orange spikey hair
- If I don't remember, you have to fight some kind of aliens, or space creatures (not so sure about this though)
- You started on a beach, there were some people there, not too interactive, but i remember them
- According to my sister, the name of the game has the word "Star", but if your suggested games doesn't have it, it's ok, maybe we're wrong

Thanks in advance!
Bumping this one, hoping to get some help, please?

Hello, I've been looking for this game for years, when recently a google search lead me to this interesting thread.

I played this game around 11 years ago (I wasn't even 10), so my memories are blurry.
What I remember is that there were some kind of "cards" representing different military ranks, you could see your own "cards" and the enemies were up side down. Each one on his own turn advanced one card, and when cards were close enough you could chose to attack, after attacking the enemy card is turned and if it is a military with a higher rank (or a rank that counters you), you lose that card, if your card is stronger, the enemy loses his.
The music of the game was very nice and if I remember well the back of the enemy's army was red.

I hope this bad description reminds anyone the name of the game, thanks in advance.

Here are some information about game: it is played on some old console(sega master system maybe), you are red(something like a lizard), it is not a super mario, there is 4 levels last boss is sphinx(when you destroy sphinx The Boss jumps out and then you need to defeat him), your character need to save some girl and 1 interesting fact: if you strike coins they become larger.

Hi guys,

I am looking for a game that I played in school in the UK, somewhere between the ages of 4 and 11, which I loved.

The only details I seem to remember are as follows:
- At one point I think you have to investigate three huts/cabins; if you click on the first two the doors are rigged with explosives but you can go in the last cabin and you find, something...
- At one point (I think later that the cabin bit) you have to navigate through a jungle with a helicopter, something to do with finding temples or landing on a temple.
- I seem to remember you have to use robots to do something at some stage, it might have been clearing mines but honestly that could be completely wrong. It could also have been something to do with fruit... I really don't know it's a blur in my head.

Pretty sure this would have been for PC, probably either windows 95 or 98. I probably played it somewhere between 1995 and 2002. I appreciate your help, thanks x

I really want to play this game again! There were two brothers, one was skinny and one was a lot bigger, the game was cartoonish. I believe they were on a farm and you had to find pieces to build a spaceship.
