I used to play (and love) this game when I was a child. I had it in a yellow cartridge for a tv console. It's a space shooting game, where the player has a top view over the field. Your space ship is flying above the surface (not always ground) but some enemies are not.
Sometimes, by shooting enemies, you can get a bonus which changes your weapon type or an upgrade, if you get a bonus of the weapon that you already have. Basically it's a circle with a number in it floating in the air. As far as I remember: 1 is the basic pew pew, as we used to call it; 3 is a boomerang type weapon; 4 is a beam of fire. Can't quite remember the other ones.
There are 8 levels altogether, each one has it's own theme, a small middle-boss and a boss. The first boss was my favorite :D It's a stationary rabbit, sitting on the ground with it's eyes closed. When it opens it's eyes, it generates 4 (?) smaller rabbits that shoot carrots at you. You win by shooting out both eyes.
The second field is all about volcanos and stuff like that. The boss is a giant, humanoid beast with huge fists.
Number 3 is a water world. The boss is an octopus. (I think the middle boss was an evil mermaid, but i'm not sure)
Four is something like a forest. The boss - some kind of a tree-like monster.
The fifth level is basically about money and gold - enemies shoot gold coins at you etc) The middle boss is a cat also shooting gold coins at you. Can't remember the boss.
Six? Hard to describe the theme of this level. Could be meant to be plain ground. Everything is in brown colors and the boss... A Something that comes out of the ground for a short moment, shoots at you and disappears again. And so until you kill it.
Seven is a world of fire. The boss is an evil moon.
Eight is the last level. I guess the theme is technologies etc. There are two middle bosses (taken from levels one and two, only made more BadAss) and two bosses. Some kind of a monster which, after killed, transforms into another monster and than you have to kill it a second time to win the game.
There, something like that. Hope I didn't make too big mistakes in the description and I'd really like to know how was the game called, because I have no idea.
Thank you in advance! ;)

So I remember playing a game around 2005... I believe it was a single player game for ps2.. I don't remeber very much other than it was a pretty dark game. Mostly dark blue colors on the screen. At one point you are being attacked by skeletons or zombies or something creepy in a graveyard. I'm pretty sure there is no guns in this game but the main character may have had a sword. The screen was above the main character. You weren't playing from their point of view. I think it was a male character. Don't remember a story line. Just that things were trying to kill you. This has been drving me crazy for years. Any help would be great. Thanks.

A very long time ago in the early 2000 I had this Post-Apocalyptic (like a desert after a nuclear bomb) war game. It had tanks you could upgrade into various launchers and whatnot. You started in a base with different buildings and you fought against some kind of rebellion (I presume it is a rebellion because I remember their buildings looked like building parts set together, it could be alins though). After you completed a mission you moved on to a different map with a new base and upgrades. I do not remember the dialogue and text since I am swedish and did not understand other languages aside from my own. The case was a box with red and black contrast (I think it was a tank on it. Although it might be something else that looked like a battlefield) and I think the minimum age was 15+. Oh, also when your tank died a dialogue comes up. I think it was a dialogue for every upgrade you did as well.

The game is an RTS btw.

Sorry for being vague but I can't really describe anything more.

Hey!

I am looking for an old game, that I really can't remember the name of.
It's a side-scroller/Platform game, much like Commander Keen and Jazz Jackrabbit (I think this game was greatly inspired by it to be honest)
The game is from about the mid 90's, either a DOS game or an early PC game. You are controlling this green guy with dark green hair, who walks around in a jungle, having a gun (probably a lazer). The maps were huge, very tall (usually had underground/cave sections and high up in the tree's-sections), and you had to collect keys and other objects to proceed in the levels. The game had really awesome rock-genre midi-like music, and was very nice when it came to the 2D graphics.
The healthbar was a pair of eyeballs, that would gradually get more and more red, when getting hit by enemies.

I am pretty sure that the guys name was something like "Gizmo" or something like that, which is probably also the name of the game as far as I remember.

I really hope someone can help me out! Been searching for hours, without results! :/

I used to play a platform game when i was younger. The plot of the game was that you should guide a pink, at least for the first levels, blob of what lookid like slime over bridges that disapeared, and you needed to remove all of the bridges as well as to end up at the right place in the end. Know the description is very bad, but hope someone can help me find it. Thanks in advance:)

Unfortunately I never got to play this game, but I saw parts of it. Before I couldn't play it because it was ps3 or ps2 exclusive. It wasn't a very popular game. It was a fighting game, and I believe the title started with something like Shadows, but I can't be sure. The part that I remember the most was your character got into a fight with a black wolf. I believe he called himself the king of wolves or something like that. I can't remember if you played as a wolf or not (it's not okami by the way).

Was it 3D / 2D?
Was it a versus fighting game? (Like Street Fighter)

Bloody Roar series has a wolf character in it (BR4 for PS2) ( http://www.giantbomb.com/images/1300-1620575 )

Hey guys. I've been trying to remember the name of a game I used to play, and I've been googling for 2 days now and I can't seem to remember.
The game was a top-down racing game, where you could choose different vehicles to race with (I remember you could choose a tank or a motorcycle and some other race cars). The tracks had obstacles like oil and water and some jumpy thingies... It also had a level editor. You also had to set checkpoints for the NPC cars.. If you just created a level without checkpoints the other cars would just stay still...
It also supported multiplayer (offline, of course), where 2 or 3 players could play on the same keyboard.
It looks a lot like Slicks ?n Slide, but I don't think it is.

Also very similar to Retro Racing

Edit: can't remember what system I played it on.. I think it was MS DOS.
