Old ps2 RPG involving a little kid on a quest but wakes up in a castle.Outside of combat the maximum you could to an enemy / NPC was kick them and provoke them into a battle. It wasen't turnbased but you were teleported into a circlar arena where you could attack enemies with your sword / magic. You also had a party to help you out.

To clarify a bit more, you could walk up to a random person in town and hit/kick them till a battle started. They would sometimes warn you before hand. The game was a sequel (had a 2 on the title)

It was either a Sega Genesis game or a Playstation 1 game. It was set in a suburban city. There was one section where you came across a broken fire hydrant and went up to patch it. But when you patched it, it would shake like it was about to explode and this unnerving little melody would play. (I think it exploded some of the time but not always)

There is also another section where you were climbing down a ladder underground, like the entrance to a sewer or something.

And while I'm not 100% confident on this part, I THINK the opening intro of the game was a television in black and white while the rest of it was in color.

Hello, i am trying to remember a really old DOS game, it was a top-down alien shooter of some kind, after shooting aliens in specific level, you always passed a door(gate) and then fight the Boss alien. I also remembered you could pick up a power up(one of them was a robot companion who shooted aliens).
Nevermind, found my game. Its called "Alien syndrome"

Alright, I joined this place in hopes of finding an answer, so here goes:

I'm looking for a PC computer game that I played a demo of in the late 90s. I want to say it was turn based and you created your own shield and had a castle or something. You could obtain different units like knights, goblins, archers, pegasus (which seemed like powerful units), elementals, etc. Each leader/group/unit/etc. had a certain amount of movement/steps/etc. it could go. If you reached another village/castle/etc., you could attack it or not. You could also go to locations looking for treasure. As for the other leaders, you could either create an alliance, a peace treaty, or declare war on them. When you attacked, there wasn't much animation at all. It looked like a menu popped up and all the units in your party were lined up against each other. If your unit lost its amount of hits, a red X would be crossed over it and it would disappear. Maybe over time you could regenerate/buy more units? I'm not sure. I loved playing the demo though and wouldn't mind playing a full version now.

i remember playing this online game about 5 years ago. it was a medieval game that had giant spiders. you could go down different levels under ground and people could help you fight whatever was there. you could buy things on the game like rent a dragon for $5 per year or something. i think the game/game maker started with 'M'. it was an old name i think. you could talk to people during the game. there was also a giant chess board, and i think there were portals or something that transported you to other places in the game. you could pick up weapons and stuff i think if you killed people but I'm not sure. as the game went on your character went up higher levels. but i think as soon as you exited out of the game it didn't save it for you.

so this one is giving me a headache. it's been since i was like, 9 since i really remembered playing it during computer time in elementary school, but like, i'm questioning if this game really existed or not and my memory's kinda failing, so this is based on guessing, mainly.

so it like, starts out with a caveman family kinda and then there's like a freak rainstorm and a lightning strike or something and there's a fire, but it's on top of this mountain or on another island, or just far away. so you have to build something like a boat or a cart to go to the fire. to get this material, you have to answer a set of "educational" typed questions (like math and english). it's really bugging me, and i don't remember much of it. i'm guessing it's early 2000s maybe late 90s...

sorry for the vagueness.

Hello, I'm trying to find two nintendo entertainment system games, the first was similar to castlevania or monster in my pocket. You start de descending with two or three jumps what appeared to be a mountain, you faced all kinds of winged creatures, ground creatures, etc. I remember the game cartridge was orange. The second had the same type of camera as above but was a medieval warrior (had his helmet, sword, shield and armor, all of silver color), he enter in a castle and I remember I had to kill monsters, which was similar to green round slugs, similar to the zelda link's awakening red and green slugs (those multiplied if they were hitting.). I welcome your support, sorry for bad English, bye!

I remember it was a gameplay trailer, or more it felt like a technological demo, showing off an engine without any HUD (ammo, health etc). I think I saw it between years 2006-2007. It was a First Person Shooter set in some sandy town which felt like Egypt, Turkey or Iraq, the place where it was happening looked like this - http://bit.ly/1btublC ... you know this kind of a building structure, I also remember that there was a little sandstorm going through that place, enemies were all over the place - on roofs, on balconies, in alleys, enemies were also wearing this on head - http://bit.ly/1d1D1xO ... person which you controlled could lean over objects, was holding and shooting from a weapon which looked like FN-FAL - http://bit.ly/1cvMngh or HK21 - http://bit.ly/1hL3YaZ ... at least I think, and in a background was playing some kind of an orchestral Arabian/Turkish felt-like music. I don't even know if that game was released or cancelled, or if it was just some kind of a technological demo, and I also don't know for what platforms it was made for. Can't remember more.

Hello guys I need help with 4 games:

1. There was an old RTS game that I played, nowadays it kinda reminds me of Starcraft but it isn't Starcraft. Only thing that I remember is that you had robots that gathered resources from the trees, I think that those robots drilled the trees so they collected probably wood resource. I also remember that some robot troops looked like spiders (If I remember correctly)

2. Second game that I don't remember very good aswell Is a game that I can't quite put in to a genre. It was kinda like a strategy or RTS game (you led your soldiers from the bird's perspective). I probably played demo. There was one map with many entrances. You led an army that looked like an army of chinese or japanese soldiers. There were soldiers that had japanese(deformed 8 shaped like) flasks around their belt and I think that those soldiers attacked with fire. I think that the game looked more like a 16 bit game and had a brownish tint to a whole game. That is all I remember :/

3. There is a RTS game that was made around 2003 I think. I only played demo. It was a strategy game placed in arena where human soldiers fought against alien soldiers (It was an arena with seats, the public were aliens that were cheering). There was an alien (I think) host that commented the whole game, and the human general and alien general insulted each other through levels all the time. Human general looked kinda like Guile from Street Fighter, except he had gray hair I think. It was all placed in a fight arena.

4. There is another demo game that I played. It is a very old first person 3D game. Demo started with you falling through a hole of something that looks like a Mayan pyramid collecting crystals. Then you moved through the pyramid and collected more crystals and met some different enemies. I think that the enemies that you fought had mayan masks on their face.

Guys, thanks for your time and help.

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a PC game that had 3 factions based on a tiled map. You battled to take control of control points with a group of units you commanded with other people who had their own units and the units were very starcraft-esque. For example, on faction had tanks, artillery etc and another faction MAY have been zerg-like but I'm not entirely sure...

It was quite futuristic and sci-fi but had poor graphics but great gameplay.

If anyone could help, that would be great THANK YOU!

After a bit of Googling I found out that the first game is Total Annihilation :) Robot actually sucks the energy from the trees and sprays energy to build stuff. Now the other 3 games? Still need help :)

Can't remember a PC game I played in 1999, 3D RTS
It was a game like the original warcraft but the camera angle was more like dynasty warriors.
there was no planting or building involved, you have a fixed army.
It was like 'warlocks and raith' race vs caucasian kingdoms in castles. there may have been undead in your army.
there was blood in it.
I remember a raven in the logo but raven software didn't make it.
it reminded me of resident evil meets warcraft.
it could have been made from 1990-1999.
I remember the only level i played the 'warlocks and raith' race army was descending upon a castle, FIGHTING IN THE SNOW, and when people died the blood would be stain the snow.

Hi guys,

So i hope you guys can help me. Im looking for a game name. The game is sorta like tetris but the pieces are jelly like blobs that comes down by 2. If i remember correctly, you have to stack 4 or more of the same color to blow them up and once blown the othe pieces that were next to the pieces you just blew up, will stretch out horizontally and touch other pieces and if they touch the same color they will cause a combo. It was not in Japanese but im sure it was made in japan. It was a game on a console, not sure if it was ps or ps2. Hope someone knows. Thanks in advance.

Ratty, you're the best! My wife and i had a good laugh about this. I think about it every now and again, and have failed to figure it out for about 5 years now. I told her I found this forum and had an answer in the first day
