I've been trying to remember the name of this game for a while now and I can't for the life of me remember. It's a computer game I played as a kid in the 90s when I had dial up and a box computer. In the game there is a girl with purple hair and a boy with blue hair and I believe they're from outer space. You can play mini games such as egg drop aka mancala. And in one of the parts it's sings songs such as Yankee Doodle and shew fly, it also has where you play a math game in it. If anyone knows I'd appreciate it greatly thank you.

I don't have much to go on, but it's an SNES adventure game. Zelda-esque movement and screen transitions. The first area was a forest area with some warthogs running around trying to hit you (they were the first area enemies), but there was a spot I couldn't get past. There was a purple gem in a cave or behind a waterfall near a river that I couldn't access and a sleeping warthog blocking my path. My memory is very vague on this one but I've never been able to remember the name of the game and since my parents kept every single video game they ever purchased (they are gamers as well), this must have been a rental.

OK...I am guessing I will come up short on this one, but I am looking for a very early (maybe 1984 or so) PC game. It had an ASCII "map" with * (I think) showing unexplored territory on an island of some sort. Your guy was the standard 80s smiley guy. You would move in one of 8 directions, assuming the adjacent spot on the island was OK to move on. Some had trees on them or something. Quite often, you would encounter a different mythical creature. (all in text) I remember there was a Minotaur and I think maybe a Cyclops, but I don't remember others.

When you encountered one, the game would give you a hint of how much your your phaser to use to kill it. The key is, you had a limited number of phaser units, and you almost definitely couldn't kill all the enemies you would encounter if you just used what they told you. So you had to decide just how much under you wanted to go and risk not killing it.

I think the key to the game was to collect treasures and get off the island. If I recall, you got off the island by coming up to a bird and carried you off. This was also randomly placed and I think sometimes didn't exist at all. Sometimes you encountered it too soon and you escaped with a really low score.

The game could have either island or escape in the title. Maybe even both. But I have gone to as many 80s computer game/abandonware sites or just FTP sites with whatever people found on old disks and decided to upload...every one I can find checking every game with either of those words and none of them are it.

And also, sorry for the double post, but I could REALLY use your help, guys.

There was a game on Sega Mega Drive; a horizontal space shmup with anime-like sprites. You played a boy who flies a fighter jet, the first level is in the day sky above the city, and one of the enemies that I can remember are these metal crocodile-like heads that came snapping at you. It was also possible to play it as a co-op game, and it sure as heck was difficult.
The second level was in some space station you board, but seeing how I played the game as a kid, I couldn't get past that one.

So please, if anyone has even a remote idea, I would be extremely grateful <3
Could be Aero Blaster or Whip Rush:

Arrow Flash was very anime in design, but not quite like the game you describe. There were over 50 shmups on the MegaDrive, (with Thunder Force II|III|IV, Sol-Deace, and Zero Wing being the most popular) - it's probably in this list here:

Hey guys. I am struggling to find a game, but I guess that is why most people are here.

The details that I can remember are...

"There was this old game, probably around 1997-2005 that I played was on windows. All I can remember was it had 2 stages, a platformer-like stage that was mainly used. The board screen was used to move something around, I cannot remember specifically what. There was many doors all over the screen, either linked to each other, or linked to the flip side of the wall. On top of that, you walked around and could use magnets to stop robots from advancing. I cannot remember if it was educational, or just a kids game."

Thanks to whoever remembers it!
That sounds like Gizmos and Gadgets.

I still need help finding an old game I remember playing on the PC...

It was some sort of car game with racing, deathmatch, CTF, and bunch of other game modes actually. It had bots, the maps were castles basically (Stone in-closed areas with castle banners and all everywhere), it had pick-ups (Nitro, weapons, shields, etc), there was green arrows for speed boosts at times, etc...

It was highly fun and am trying to find it! So please please please someone help me figured out de' name of this game?

There are two games i really remember playing and wish to revisit

1ST: There was a this kid wizard taht goes through a bunch of levels and in each level there are monsters you kill you had a staff you shot fireballs from and it was almost a bullet hell kind of fireball shooting and you'd level up your fire balls to where they spread from 1-2-3-4-5 kind of thing. and i remember one particualr level where you got into a dark room that was full of beholders and it was apparently a dance room kind of thing. another was one of the bossed whre you were under ground and the boss stood in the middle of a big lava surrounded room he was a giant suit of armor with a big sword he had a very distinct battle cry.

2nd: was a space miner game whrer you collected ores frome destroyed astroids then took them back to a central place to sell them you were this green round ship and the physics could bounce you around a little.

Both of them came as freeware on a cd i remember having this was in in 2000s i believe
was kinda skipped over so reposting

I have a few games in mind that I can't for the life of me remember their names and would love some help!

Unfortunately I can't remember a lot of details but the first game I'm thinking of involved cartoon squirrels, I think the squirrel was based off the radioactive squirrel seen in an earlier season of the Simpsons because that's what triggered the memory. I remember there being different kinds of squirrels like a zombie squirrel and a ninja squirrel. I can't remember what the point of the game was but it had a extremely irritating but catchy soundtrack. Any ideas?

The second game I can't place involved a little Arabian (I think) character with a sword and you had to fight genies and other creatures and you had to hit them a bunch of times but when you finally killed them they kind of 'splatted'? The game was from an overhead perspective and I'm pretty sure there were sandstorms and stuff. I only ever had the trial but I remember playing it all the time. This isn't helpful at all but if anyone remembers anything similar it's driving me nuts not being able to remember these names!!!!
Second one could be Disney's Aladdin

Nope not this one. Thanks for the help though!

I think #1 could be Conker's Bad Fur day

I think #2 could be either Beyond Oasis (Genesis) or Legend of Oasis (Saturn) or maybe Equinox (SNES)
For #1 unfortunately that's not it. Who knew there were so many games starring squirrels? The one I'm thinking of looked like this http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd106/papapablo1/Other/radioactive-squirrel1.jpg

#2 is really close but the game was a little more prehistoric than this one.

I hope someone remembers this because it is an obscure one.

Old PC game, you played as a fat guy on a motorcycle, collecting his lost monsters(?), every level you would ride the motorcycle to the next level get off and play the level. The levels were all different. I remember one being in a swamp with alligators or something to that effect. The levels all had a time limit and if you didn't save your monster by the time the limit ran out, you didn't rescue them. I never finished it and now I NEED to know what it is so I can find it and beat a childhood nemesis.

I hope its enough because that's all I really remember.

hi guys im new here and i register only to find a game that i searched for 7 hours and no luck
i don't remember much about the game so i will try my best.
i played this game on pc around 2004-2005 i think, its a single player game as far as i know
in order to win you need to kill the enemy's castle, now you begin the game at lvl 1 u can either choose to be the humans
or i don't know the monster team i guess... anyways on each team you play with 1 character that can be mage or a warrior and i guess u can be other stuff too anyways with your character u can put another 5 mobs which u can lvl them up higher if you upgrade your castle, when you win 1 map you move to the other of-curse every map you finished the next one will be harder while you move to another level or map all the mobs who were with you last map will be gone and you need to start over (upgrade your castle again and buy new mobs) but the main character stays with the same lvl u had last map, when you go battle another mobs or the enemy you will enter in sort of a battle arena you will see all your team in the left side and the enemy team on the right and each mob and you can attack 1 time at his turn then the enemy turn to attack and then again until 1 of the teams is dead so go on and go on until you finish the game
it might be an RPG game and it might not be i dont know if its fitting.
pleas i beg u guys for you're help it's driving me crazy !!!
if you got more questions pleas do i need to find that GAME !

I remember it was a gameplay trailer, or more it felt like a technological demo, showing off an engine without any HUD (ammo, health etc).
How close to Soldier of Fortune: Payback are we talking?
We're talking very close but it's not it though. That gameplay tech-demo I saw was happening in a slower pace, if you know what I mean by that (no grenades etc. just shooting in small doses). But everything else looked almost exactly like in that gameplay trailer you posted.

Did it look like this? ( http://www.unseen64.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/tr-military-shooter-02.jpg )

If so it's a tech demo that Terminal Reality did, (it later became Ghostbusters, so the game doesn't exist)

I don't have a name for the project, so i can't find the actual teaser/trailer.

Yeah, that could be it but too bad there really isn't a some video for it anymore (I've done research).

Anyway, thx for the replies, guys. I hope some day I'll find the game I've been looking for so long lol.

Sounds kind of like Secret of Mana
Not Secret of Mana. I played that one to death as well as very recently on my phone.
