There are two games i really remember playing and wish to revisit

1ST: There was a this kid wizard taht goes through a bunch of levels and in each level there are monsters you kill you had a staff you shot fireballs from and it was almost a bullet hell kind of fireball shooting and you'd level up your fire balls to where they spread from 1-2-3-4-5 kind of thing. and i remember one particualr level where you got into a dark room that was full of beholders and it was apparently a dance room kind of thing. another was one of the bossed whre you were under ground and the boss stood in the middle of a big lava surrounded room he was a giant suit of armor with a big sword he had a very distinct battle cry.

2nd: was a space miner game whrer you collected ores frome destroyed astroids then took them back to a central place to sell them you were this green round ship and the physics could bounce you around a little.

Both of them came as freeware on a cd i remember having this was in in 2000s i believe
was kinda skipped over so reposting

I have a few games in mind that I can't for the life of me remember their names and would love some help!

Unfortunately I can't remember a lot of details but the first game I'm thinking of involved cartoon squirrels, I think the squirrel was based off the radioactive squirrel seen in an earlier season of the Simpsons because that's what triggered the memory. I remember there being different kinds of squirrels like a zombie squirrel and a ninja squirrel. I can't remember what the point of the game was but it had a extremely irritating but catchy soundtrack. Any ideas?

The second game I can't place involved a little Arabian (I think) character with a sword and you had to fight genies and other creatures and you had to hit them a bunch of times but when you finally killed them they kind of 'splatted'? The game was from an overhead perspective and I'm pretty sure there were sandstorms and stuff. I only ever had the trial but I remember playing it all the time. This isn't helpful at all but if anyone remembers anything similar it's driving me nuts not being able to remember these names!!!!
Second one could be Disney's Aladdin

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disney%27s_Aladdin_%28video_game%29
Nope not this one. Thanks for the help though!

I think #1 could be Conker's Bad Fur day

I think #2 could be either Beyond Oasis (Genesis) or Legend of Oasis (Saturn) or maybe Equinox (SNES)
For #1 unfortunately that's not it. Who knew there were so many games starring squirrels? The one I'm thinking of looked like this http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd106/papapablo1/Other/radioactive-squirrel1.jpg

#2 is really close but the game was a little more prehistoric than this one.

I hope someone remembers this because it is an obscure one.

Old PC game, you played as a fat guy on a motorcycle, collecting his lost monsters(?), every level you would ride the motorcycle to the next level get off and play the level. The levels were all different. I remember one being in a swamp with alligators or something to that effect. The levels all had a time limit and if you didn't save your monster by the time the limit ran out, you didn't rescue them. I never finished it and now I NEED to know what it is so I can find it and beat a childhood nemesis.

I hope its enough because that's all I really remember.

hi guys im new here and i register only to find a game that i searched for 7 hours and no luck
i don't remember much about the game so i will try my best.
i played this game on pc around 2004-2005 i think, its a single player game as far as i know
in order to win you need to kill the enemy's castle, now you begin the game at lvl 1 u can either choose to be the humans
or i don't know the monster team i guess... anyways on each team you play with 1 character that can be mage or a warrior and i guess u can be other stuff too anyways with your character u can put another 5 mobs which u can lvl them up higher if you upgrade your castle, when you win 1 map you move to the other of-curse every map you finished the next one will be harder while you move to another level or map all the mobs who were with you last map will be gone and you need to start over (upgrade your castle again and buy new mobs) but the main character stays with the same lvl u had last map, when you go battle another mobs or the enemy you will enter in sort of a battle arena you will see all your team in the left side and the enemy team on the right and each mob and you can attack 1 time at his turn then the enemy turn to attack and then again until 1 of the teams is dead so go on and go on until you finish the game
it might be an RPG game and it might not be i dont know if its fitting.
pleas i beg u guys for you're help it's driving me crazy !!!
if you got more questions pleas do i need to find that GAME !

I remember it was a gameplay trailer, or more it felt like a technological demo, showing off an engine without any HUD (ammo, health etc).
How close to Soldier of Fortune: Payback are we talking?
We're talking very close but it's not it though. That gameplay tech-demo I saw was happening in a slower pace, if you know what I mean by that (no grenades etc. just shooting in small doses). But everything else looked almost exactly like in that gameplay trailer you posted.

Did it look like this? ( http://www.unseen64.net/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/tr-military-shooter-02.jpg )

If so it's a tech demo that Terminal Reality did, (it later became Ghostbusters, so the game doesn't exist)

I don't have a name for the project, so i can't find the actual teaser/trailer.

Yeah, that could be it but too bad there really isn't a some video for it anymore (I've done research).

Anyway, thx for the replies, guys. I hope some day I'll find the game I've been looking for so long lol.

I don't have much to go on, but it's an SNES adventure game. Zelda-esque movement and screen transitions. The first area was a forest area with some warthogs running around trying to hit you (they were the first area enemies), but there was a spot I couldn't get past. There was a purple gem in a cave or behind a waterfall near a river that I couldn't access and a sleeping warthog blocking my path. My memory is very vague on this one but I've never been able to remember the name of the game and since my parents kept every single video game they ever purchased (they are gamers as well), this must have been a rental.
Sounds kind of like Secret of Mana
Not Secret of Mana. I played that one to death as well as very recently on my phone.

I need help figuring out a game. It was N64 game I believe. A beloved childhood game. I remember only a few things, that you were a black stick like figure with huge eyeballs, you could get inside the bodies of sheep, if you got inside the body of the sheep, the dog would chase you, if you got inside the body of the dog the sheep would run away from you. It seemed like the black stick was an alien of some sort because he did crash land on "Earth."
Is Space Station Silicon Valley [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_Station_Silicon_Valley] the game you're thinking of? There's some gameplay of it here [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_S8lPYI3fc].

It was a drop down gem game where you clicked on 3 colors adjoining then others would drop.. It had buddhist type backgrounds and very relaxing chinese or zen type music that also played.. Scenes of a buddhist temple or buddhist other pictures as you decided to change the background.. thanks if anyone knows this game..

Hi guys, well i was searching whole net for the game i loved so much in my childhood and i found this place,

Well it was a PC semi3D real time rpg-str genre with from top camera view from 1990-2000, you were fighting a infestation in the city which was growing the more you play, you had different characters to choose as members for your squad of 4(5 maybe?) and could give them different weapons, sentry guns and tools like camera's.
when you order new weapons they would be dropped in a location in city and you had to recover your new weapons by going there as a mission!
i do remember that when ever you start a mission your hammer jeep was in location where you start the map!
the game was starting with fighting armed ppl and in later missions fighting monsters and even some huge boss in sewers! also in the map before mission you could choose which location of the city that is infested to attack.

i do remember the starting video of the game was about a state in some kind of museum that start the infection or something but its really blurry in my mind!

Im really grateful for ANY help about either what game it was or how can i find it! im really hyped to play it again and i want to find it before this hype goes away :/

hi,
i will try to give the best descriptions of the levels of the game, please do see if you can remember the name of the game.

its a 2D game,there are totally 10 levels:

1st level: the hero is standing next to a crashed airplane. if you go towards the plane you will find some green grenades.
and then when you go towards the building there are these mutated creature that you have to kill.and find keys to the you can unlock doors to proceed further, there is even a person kept prisoner in a cell that you have to free.this prisoner is at some 2nd floor in that building,in the same building you will find the master key that will take you to next level.

2nd level: i just remember it being a construction site, and there being robots also,

3rd to 9th level: i am not quite sure but there are levels with huge trees, acid, labs etc.

10th level: when you arrive you will find the mad scientist who created the monsters, he will then drink some chemical and turn into a giant frog that shoots plasma beam from the mouth(not sure if its plasma beam). to kill his you have to through grenades on him,the try to kill him.

Hey! I've been looking for this game forever but I just can't find it.
I'll try to give as much info as I can.

It was a third person ps2 game. There were 3 main characters a boy, a woman and a man. All three 3 characters had the ability to turn into things like a knight with red armour and a lion. All of these characters had like a glow/aura round them too. The boy had a red glow, the woman had a blue and the man had a yellow. I think part of the game was to kill gods or something like that.

I've been searching for ages to find out what this game is but I've had no luck I'm hoping you can help me!

Great thread, sorry I haven't been able to help anyone else out yet.

Here's what I'm looking for:

A PS1 game from sometime between 1995-2000 (released in UK)
3rd person flight game (at least I played it 3rd person)
Don't think it had much, if any, combat
Was more of a 'flying adventure' game
Sure the boxart had a yellow propellor powered plane on
Seem to remember the last level was basically flying up a volcano/mountain avoiding lava

I think it may have been pretty terrible, but for some reason brings back fond memories :)

Good luck to all you searchers out there!

Maybe you help me too.
In 90's I had some old pc, including intel dx 286, 386, 486, and I believe the game I search was for one of these pc. Pretty sure, OS was DOS.
The game was about futuristic tank (I guess that was a tank, but I'm not sure. The picture how I remember this tank is here http://i.imgur.com/jbuKdlR.png - yes, it haven't any wheels or tracks as I remember, and it has windowed cabin) going through level, destroying turrets and other tanks. Levels was atmost flat (2 heights: height1 is ground and height2 is some hills, also flat) and limited by mountains or walls. Color scheme was dark, sky was black, as I remember.
Tank projectiles illuminated light on earth under it.
It had first person view, controls was forward/backward and left/right, no strafe.
Level 1 was looking like that http://i.imgur.com/BqX1529.png

Games that look sililar:
stellar 7 - close, but no.
battlezone 1 - very close, but that game had textures(not sure) or filled with color polygons.
