There's a game I need to find. It's driving me insane.
It was a computer game circa 1995, I'm almost positive it was for Windows 95 (possibly 98). The game was set on an alien space craft that was abandoned. In different rooms (to which there were themes), there were all these science experiments set up and you had to figure them out. Getting enough experiments figured out helped you decode their language, which would help you unlock the control room. I remember everything being green, and the game icon was this circle with an alien symbol on it. Everyone I've asked has said Dr. Brain but it was definitely NOT Dr. Brain. I never beat it, and 20 years later it haunts me still.

Help me, internet. You are my only hope!

Hiho guys..
im looking for an old game(that came out after 1999), where u were playing as troll ( maybe gobin or orc, cant remember at all ).
I was playing this game with my brother in coop ( 2 trolls on one screen ).
Game was about killing some enemies ( like animals at start : cats , dogs (pitbulls), maybe at the end of a map there was something like boss , im not sure.) by jumping on them or jumping under platform where those enemies were standing on.
If u know title of this game or anything just type it here please :)

PS: those trolls were stoop-shouldered.

it looks sth like that :
bump

pls help ;___;

Hey. I registered to ask about some other game, but I saw your post and it slightly resembles Bonkheads. Is it?

As to my question.. I'm crazy about this one game I just recalled. It's called someething along the lines of "Eco Squad". I remember the demo version where there's this villain, Weather Man, who can summon F5 hurricanes (or tornadoes), and the Squad fights him. One of the characters is called Stratus (or something like that) and flies an advanced aircraft/jet which can fire anti-tornado missiles. He is loooking for survivors and lands, but lightning strikes his ship and he just disappears (kidnapped by the Weather Man, I think). The demo mission revolves around gathering oil and a microchip to repair the team's robot, which was accompanying Stratus.

Help!

EDIT: It's a point-and-click PC game released in late 90's, perhaps earlier.
EDIT 2: I remember this game was always accompanied by another, similar game (probably from the same developer): you just had to find a way to clean up an environment. I remember one of the missions on which I had to cut off some trash bags covering solar panels, collect water from a dripping pipe, plug the pipe, then water some flowers. I think it's also in the Eco Squad universe, also point-and-click and 1st person view.

Okay I have a game: it was on a cartridge I believe and you play as a person who went around a neighborhood helping people. There was skateboarding involved and other activities the you had to walk to. And I think at the start you just move in but I'm not to sure about it. It was a game me and my sister played when we were younger and we would ask the boys who owned the game but unfortunately both our families went separate ways and we don't remember their last names.

Well, just found them. They're Discovery's Team Xtreme series, one is Operation Weather Disaster, the other is Operation Eco-Nightmare.

HELP!!!! PLEASE!

I've been looking for this paint game that I used to play on my old Macintosh computer way back in the 90s. It was an art/paint game. And it started with riding this roller coaster to an art gallery I think. There was an elevator where you could pick the different levels to paint different things. And you could save them and they'd go up in the art gallery.

Does anyone remember this?? It's been driving me crazy FOREVER and I'd really like to track it down.

Thanks!!
That's Fine Artist.

Heya all, fantastic thread! I've had a game stuck in my subconscious for a couple decades now, maybe you can help. I'm fairly certain it's a Sega Genesis game, and I seem to remember the main character is a young boy. I want to say it's a point and click adventure style kinda thing. I think I remember a treehouse in the back yard as one of the areas. The one detail that might help uncover it, is that during the loading screens there were these spinning orbs, and with the controller you could arrange them into circles and other shapes. This is the first example of something interactive during a load screen that I can think of. Any ideas? (I went through the entire wiki list of Genesis games with no luck)

Also something I thought I'd share: During my journey into the wiki Genesis list, I solved an equally long forgotten video game title. Watch this and tell me if it brings back some childhood memories. The music produced instant nostalgia.

Thanks for great thread, maybe I can help solve a couple...

ok, i have another game: I dont think it was dreamweb, but i could be wrong (it was more isometric i think, than birds-eye); i didnt get very far through, and i dont think that the chars face took up most of the left screen...

anyway, its set around the same time i think, and came out a roughly the same time if i remember?, something tells me you start off, waking up in your bed after a night-mare? or its a freinds houes or something... one of the next scenes after that, i think you are on a walkway/balcony type thing that looks over the city...

the last things i remember, is that the city/scenery looked kind of *metalic* (not as in like metal itself... but the FEELING was metalic); cyber-punk-ish, maybe?

And there was this bit, that each time (or just the first time?) that you entered your appartment, you had too type in a numeric code.

The game had a feeling of foreboding *oh my god... what could be around this corner!?*... and it felt as if someone or an organisation was chasing you?

I cant remember if it was rpg or action/ adventure (point and click)

(i have read a previous post about dreamweb, and it doesn't sound the same... i have also looked at screen shots, and the view isnt the same... but please bear in mind, this could easily be *false memory*)

Thankl you

Sounds like it could be Blade Runner... maybe? It's a few years later than Dream Web, but fits otherwise.

Alright, been trying to remember a game for ages now.

It was an old DOS game on a floppy. The graphics were rather terrible, I don't remember if anything moved or not, and you went from page to page to navigate. It was a puzzle, fetch-quest kind of game with horror overtones to it.

I remember that wherever you began had a fireplace which might have had piles of skulls around or in it, and you could find a key in it. There was also a river with a dead guy in it that would talk to you, and a creepy tree. There was a field maze that might have been through corn that would lead you in circles.

This game is NOT Shadowgate.

I used to play a game called ESCAPE when I was younger. (Probably around 2000-2002)
I never understood the purpose of the game but I would continue to spend hours each day trying to "beat the game". It took place in a huge dungeon-looking place, with yellow water, and monsters that looked like aliens. I would like to play this game again and try to figure out the purpose of it. I have been looking for a few years and have had no luck! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me they played this game too! None of my friends or family have. THANK YOU!

I need help. I remember this game: 3 robots(green, yeallow and red...? I guess). And the green has a shield(it's on when you don't play him) and you need to use all three in order to pass the level...

It looks as if it well could be... if only i could find a screen shot of the *keypad* or bedroom... I thought it was more iso-metric, but you know how old memories can be (now, if only i could find a working copy for windows 7 (64) i could be 100%)

This game will be the death of me of I can't figure it out. I don't have much details but
I can do my best. The begging of the game was like a 007 intro(that tunnel and then a bunch of people shooting through it)
There were these guns you connected to your computer and you shot robots with green slime or something.
It was the coolest game ever I just can't remember it at all. On the 007 intro. Instead of the splatter being red, it was green
Oozey slime. HELPPPPP;(

Hi guys, I'd like to ask if someone might remember the game that keeps nagging me in the back of my mind for a decade now...
Back in late 1990s I used to play a turn-based strategy that took place in a weird sci-fi world. The goal was to colonize the whole map and the fun part was it all took place underground. There were cities, harvesters were digging for metals, player was training units, sometimes even putting them on a weirdly looking mount. Weapons were sci-fi and the battles took place on a special 2D screen with forces opposite each other, running to the centre and then the result would pop up. Everything had strange names looking IIRC something like this: Thy'kve, Gyrw'a and such.

Would you help me guys ?

Hi guys, I remember a PC game from the mid-late 90's where you controlled a helicopter it was a 2D game but not a platformer the whole map was upper view like warcraft. You got missons like destroy something and when you finished you can upgrade your helicopter if you had enough coins you could get a jet or a tank. There was desert missons and snowy terrain missons too. It was not a sidescroller game, you can move on the map, maybe there was fuel but you could move where you wanted. I hope you guys can help. Sorry for my bad english.
