I remember playing a game on pc, it was a side scroller, you were an alien, you were able to do small missions and use a robot suit on the second level, the first level was set in a neighbourhood, the second level was set in a mall. I remember a small mission in the mall, you had to go and find a place were you could get someone a fake ID, other than that, I can't remember much, it was something I played in the late 90s.

Hello there, when I was younger I had a demo of a great game. It was made probably somewhere between 1998-2002. I played it on pc, but there must have been a psx version. OK, the game was on a similar concept to Rayman M but you were a robots that had a sphere instead of legs. There were multiple game modes like racing, deathmatch and king of the hill.

I remember having a DOS PC game disc, which contained multiple DOS PC games (mostly Disney). I don't know if the collection has a certain name, which I can search for to find it on eBay or something. Here is a list of the games, which I remember being on it:

- Aladdin.
- Timon & Pumbaa's Jungle Games.
- The Lion King.
- Hugo the Jungle Animal.
- Monstertruck game. (Maybe and don't remember the name). It had some wacky characters I believe.
- Motocross game. (Maybe and don't remember the name).

And maybe a few others, which I do not remember, I hope some of you have or have had this game disc and can remember or check what it was called.

Thanks. :)

The only thing that pops up in my head with racing robots in an running style like Rayman M, is the PS1 game called "Cubix Robots For Everyone: Race 'n' Robots. :)

It's not that game :c the most characteristic thing was that all the robots were actually rolling rather than running.

So here is my mystery: old PC game, 90's.
You had two opposing teams, each with it's house where the player could train his units - 4 types if i remember correctly. A room with a punching bag for your soldiers, one with a TV, one with a chemistry set(?) for scientists. Player would assign normal units to the room he wanted then send the specialized ones out to the world. In the world player would set traps for his opponent's units: shark trap - shark coming out of the grass eating a poor fellow, tramboline trap - sometime launching one in the water etc. And the most striking detail: these little fuckers were constantly peeing on the house wall...

I remember playing a game when I was a kid that I'd love to find again.
It was a 3rd person space strategy game. It had different sizes and styles of ships, all the way up to a really big circle-looking thing that was a big base defense station. While empire building was done turn-based, Battles were fought in a different screen that was real-time, or turn-based real time. I seem to recall that the dominant weapon was lasers, and it showed the line of the laser as it fired from one ship to another. I seem to remember the dominant color of the battles being pinkish, or fuchsia, although I'm pretty sure it was post-CGA graphics era.
It seems like different planets had different atmosphere types and you had to build a colony ship that matched that planet type.
I also remember that you could set time to pass, and as it did, the game played arpeggio-like music as time passed. (But this little detail might have been a different game, lol).

Any ideas? It seems like it was around 92-98?
I looked at the Space Empires series, but I don't think it was any of those.
Master of Orion?

Type: 3D platform game, probably for kids, fantasy climate
Main character: Red small funny devil/alien/monster with big yellow eyes wooden stick.
About: I remember that game was about travel main character through dark location. He was looking for lights. A lot of jumping etc.
A clue: I remember the manual book: Grey, metallic with circle-hole in the middle. Main character was coming out from it.

I FOUND IT:

Old game I found on Addictinggames and I thought it was the best game I've ever played, sadly I have forgotten about it and it is nearly impossible to find it on the website. I'm very fuzzy on the details for the game so this may be impossible but it was I believe an aerial view of a soldier, futuristic war game with AI on your team and against you. I believe it was just one main map but I could be wrong. I also believe that you were able to upgrade at your base. Please help!

I can vaguely remember playing a platforming game (it was on a Windows 98 computer if that helps) where your character looked like a red blob with arms and legs (the arms and legs weren't red blobs). There's not much else I can recall as this was quite a while ago (though somehow I still remember MicroMan).

Looking for an OLD PC game. Ive searched and searched and searched and I cannot find what it is anywhere. I already posted on here once. Someone suggested Maupiti Island but that's not it.

It was a first person POV game an I don't remember much. I'm 28 and I was very very young. I was probably 10 or 12 maybe younger I'm not sure. ALl I remember:

- Dark themed game, most scenes wee very dark like in the night time
- You were walking down a path in the first and there were gnarley trees on both sides.
- Sometimes you you would come to a fork in the road in the forest, where you had to choose which direction
- you would eventually come to a place. I remember one 'scene' by a river, a campfire. You had to hover your mouse over things to find clues.
- I remember another scene, it was like a schoolhouse
- point and click/point and find/ search and find
- It may not even have been windows, it may have been DOS I don't know. I do remember having to load some sort of disk
- I think the characters name was Christian
- It was like a dark murder mystery kind of thing.
- I don't believe the graphics were very good and I don't even think it was as okay looking as the Maupiti Island thin someone suggested.
- you would use the arrow keys to continue walking the path and I think it was a scene for scene kind of thing. I don't think it was a 'rolling' constant sort of movement.

Please help!!
I'm sure the game is: Dare to Dream, also the name of the Volume Three: Christian?s Lair.

A longplay can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kit0ch2hqnY

If I'm wrong there also a dark game called: Last Half of Darkness, here two links:

Hello Escapeist people.
Google appear to be no help on this one sadly, hope you can help :)

It's an RTS from the 90's. You build your camps like every other RTS game. You have chicken farms that produce eggs on the spot, that the villagers run over to eat. At night the women villagers say "Come to night!" and run into one of the houses with a male partner to produce offspring. If I remember correctly, the villagers could become old and die from age.

You could also "improve" your workers so that they would become faster at building things, but this stops them from being able to produce any offspring.

The soldiers only had one move sound which was "hmmmmmmmmmm...".
The game is: Beasts & Bumpkins.

this was probably when a game during 2004-2007 ish i don't remember but I played it when I was younger. it was a game where you were a ball. and I remember if you waited long enough (like just left the computer still and didn't move) the ball had eyes XD this was a PC game btw. anyways, there were three different like stages that had a bunch of levels. it was like an obstacle course. the stages were colors; they were like blue purple and orange I think. and I feel like the course was like floating so you couldn't go off the sides and if you did you had to restart. there were things in the levels that could kill you but idk I don't remember much but I wish I could. it was actually really fun and I wish I new the name of it so could someone help?!:0
Probably: Super Morph.

Hey guys! so i got this game i used to play back in 3rd grade im not sure how old is it but its 3D graphics and it is about robots or human like creatures (im not sure) which you can choose from or customize from light weight-medium-heavy
and than send them to battle while you were of course controlling your charecter and fighting others (singleplayer game)
i also tried searching all the existing fighting games but i didnt find anything ... more details that i remember are that you could upgrade every part of the body for better kicks more hp or better punches you were fighting through newbies slowly advancing to the champions league and being stronger and stronger and even gaining super powers so if anyone knows something alike please tell because it might be it - thanks
I think it's: One Must Fall 2097.

I am trying to figure out the names of two games that i Believe came from the game called "100 Action Arcade games Vol. 2" by Global Star Software.

The First game that i need to know the name of was a isometric or top down view game where you could control a small grunt or goon that was placed into some kind of indoors level, in which you could obtain several different weapons including grenades and Molotov's i believe. There was a lot of blood and gore i believe....I think this game was also 2 player co-op on the same computer using the keyboard.

The second game is actually on the front cover of the game when i searched it on google, but the image is to small to make out the name of the game. its the picture on the bottom right of the image on google. the game was in a classic mario style view, but you are some kind of lizard that gets placed in a starting outdoors location where you can obtain several different weapons to shoot monsters. I can remember that the ending of one level contained drones/robots that rolled around and were really hard to kill/destroy.

If anyone just had the games list which featured all the games that you could play on this Global Star Software disk from 1999 let me know!!! i need to find this out!!

Thanks!!
The first one,I guess it's a old Dos game: Cyberdogs

The second one:I'm sure he is GuimO (Jack in the Box Computing),here's a video:

Hope it helps.

Sorry, have to bump.

1st game
Platform: PC
Keywords: 2D, Pacman, Robot Snake, Insects, Bugs, Underground, Tic-Tacs
Release Date: 1998-2005?
Multiplayer: Don't know
Info: This was a snake game. It was different type of snake game. It was probably in Big Fish Games but I couldn't find it. It was a Pacman style game where you are the robot snake and you are from the pyramid which is on the ground. Then theres a view of the underground in 2D and theres white tic-tacs. The robot snake gets in the underground and then you can control it with the arrow keys. When collecting the tic-tacs then there would be insects and bugs coming from the right and left side of the underground. The robot snake stretches when going deeper underground and you would need to avoid the bugs and insects from biting you. Collect all the tic-tacs and you would win the level. There is also power-ups like Freeze and Invisibility that I remember.

2nd game
Platform: PC
Keywords: Topview, 2D, Japanese RPG game, JRPG, Story, Battle
Releaste Date: 1998-2005?
Multiplayer: No
Info: It started off by the main character that went to a wagon. Near that wagon was a guy with a purple bandana on his head. Then next there was a scene showing off a vehicle going to the forest with adventure music. When the scene finished, I was able to control my main character. The forest looked dark and there was a campfire with loads of characters around it. Away from the campfire there was a floating crystal which I couldn't get to. Then I went to the other part of the forest and no one was there.

I was wondering around and then a battle commenced with enemy hornets. I killed them off and I commenced more battles with the enemies. This battle system is a little bit similar to Pokemon but not quite. When I finished killing off the enemies, I went back to the campfire. I was speaking to a specific character that said something but I don't remember what it was. That character went to the crystal and did something. I was then able to go to the crystal, which allowed to save my game.

I went to the place where I killed enemies again and then a battle commenced with a boss who looked like a bear as long as I remember. It took a long time to kill them and so I finished them off. I went back to the campfire and then I recognized that I had to go to the camp leader. When I spoke to him then the whole screen went black and white and then a menu came up of 4 characters that you could play as next. The same one, 2nd girl, 3rd girl and a guy with a purple bandana.

3rd game
Platform: PC
Keywords: Jet planes, Rockets, Special Abilites, Shooting, 2D, Laser
Released Date: 1998-2005?
Multiplayer: Yes. Can have 2 players.
Info: In this game you can control an orange jet plane which allows you to shoot with spacebar. The music was adventurous and I don't remember what the enemies looked like at all. The plane was on the left side of the screen while the enemies would come from the right side of the screen. You can control the jet plane to go up or down. There would be special abilities like rapid fire and rockets that you can pick up throughout the game. When playing multiplayer, the second jet plane would look red. I remember that the first boss looked like a train and if you were to go at the front of it then it would have a cannon attached to it which you will need to destroy. The cannon will shoot the bombs at you and you have to avoid them. There was also a level where you are in the sky and the enemies were spikes with balloons attached to them. The boss then was a mothership with loads of laser guns.

This sounds a lot like the DOS space shooter 'Xatax'. Though, I don't recall it being multiplayer.

I remember this old CD ROM pc game, it was really similar to diablo in the fact that it was a bird's eye view hack 'n slash. The name of the game was something like "silverlight" or "darklight". I just know light is in the title of the game. You could also select you class when you started and had attributes like dexterity and whatnot.
