I'm trying to find an old PC game, from Windows 95 I'm pretty sure, and it was just about smashing flies. Flies would land and you would try to hit them with the cursor which was like a mallet or a hammer. When you hit the fly, it turned into a blood splatter. So it was kind of like a whack-a-mole style game but with flies and it was a really simple game that came on the old Windows computers.

If anybody can help me remember the name, it'd be awesome! Thank you.

It's definitely the right type of game, but the one I remember playing didn't have any sort of story. It was almost like Minesweeper in that when you clicked the file to play, the game would pop up in a small window and just be started. No start-up, no backstory. Thank you for trying though!

Hello all, i m looking for an old game, probably back in 90s. Its on Nintendo and turn base strategy game and its in space. There are i think 4 or 5 heros/leaders that you can pick to start with and each of them represent a colored planets (red, yellow, green, may be blue??) and i think if you pick red colored planet, it started out with one solo planet where-else the other colored planets started out with multi planet to control, i think yellow colored planet has the most planets. Each planet has their own defender and you can also assign your own troopers to help defend the invaders. Each heroes/leaders have their own troopers and you can customize your troops and defenders plus you can recruit other planets troopers and soldiers. Oh and yellow colored planet leader/hero is tiger or some sort. The red leader is a human

Ok, I'm going to give this thread a try.

I've never played the game I'm looking for, I only saw a friend/acquaintance of mine play it on his ..PS2, I think..
The name Tomb Raider Anniversary always looks familiar when I see it but I can't verify it myself.

From what I understand, you were based in your mansion and went away on missions sometimes but always came back to the house.
The mansion in question is what seemed interesting to me since you could unlock hidden areas through puzzles and clues.
It was played like an action/adventure game and in 3D with a third-person perspective.

Oh, and if anyone know any other games with a mansion or similar to unlock through puzzles and clues I'd very much like to hear about it.
I almost forgot, I only game on a PC so for the first question I'd just like confirmation and if so, if it's available on PC.
For the "second" request, I'd prefer PC only, thanks ,)

Thanks for reading!

Alrighty, I'm looking for a rather retro game where you were I guess a team of a firefighter/medic/police.
I remember the first mission being a scenario where a guy fell with his motorcycle and it fell on top of him, so you had to get him out and give medical attention. (I think.) But the whole thing was covered in gasoline so if you just went and pulled the wrecked bike off he'd burn to death. Not too graphic, seemed like a 8 to 12 y/o game. You had to wash away the gas with a firehose first. I'm thinking late nineties, '98/'99. Another mission was some sort of riot control where you had to keep people back with a water cannon mounted on a big car.

I think it was kind of a point-and-click strategy game with timers end such.

It was probably 2d and probably rather pixel-y. Might have been the first english language game I ever played, at 7/8/9 years old. I really want to see that game again for nostalgia. If anyone has any idea what it was called, that'd be grrreeaaat.

Was there perhaps a big annoying maze next to the house? Or did your friend lock the butler in a big walk-in fridge?
If so, it's definately tomb-raider.

first of all sorry for my bad english

I'm looking for a game that is from 2000-2004 I think.
I played it with my friend about 10 years ago. It just was a demo for the pc.

In this game you start on a small island in the night.
You can move free around. There was a camp fire with a fisher I think and I'm 100 % sure there was a black smith. The setting was more like medival / pirate. I think one NPC worn a red headscarf.
The NPCs looks like the same 3d model. Its more like comic graphic.
There was a dialoge option when you talk to the other NPCs.

I know its not many but I hope someone knows the title.

Hello guys,when I was a child I played a racing game.

I remember that the music in-game was just Hard Rock.
One of the cars i can remember was a red car (i think,i can`t remember that good) who was driven by a couple and the driver (the man was the driver) had a axe in his head ... and the weapon they could use was some some spikes at the wheels (front wheels i think) and ... every car had a weapon (a guy,for example was using an axe and he was attacking in left/right)

The last things that i can remember was that the "weapons" were activated by "[" and "]" , and a map was with lava and rocks and ... i don`t know anymore. xD

Hope you guys can help me !

Sorry for my bad english !

Ok I got one, been trying to think of this one for a long time. I played it at least 5 years ago on PC, I think it was windows but I don't remember for sure, it was an old computer. The game, however, was not a from a disk I don't believe. I think it was a game just on the computer, possibly able to be downloaded. It was in the same time period as Elf Bowling which I remember playing on the same computer. The game consisted of frogs that u would launch in some way and try to land them on some platform and you would get a certain number of frogs to launch. If you missed the platform the frog would either be eaten by alligators or get caught on spikes that lined the walls, or various other deaths that were pretty bloody. Any help finding this game would be appreciated, thanks.

Sounds like Frogger or one if it's many many clones.

should be Tomb Raider Anniversary

you have to choose the Croft Manor training chapter from the main menu..but I don't remember the butler in this game, the butler comes in Tomb Raider 2 for the PSX as far as I remember.

Okay, this is an obscure one.

I'm trying to find the name of an arcade game I played on an emulator in college, about 5 or 6 years ago (but I assume the game is older, probably from the late '80s or early '90s).

It was a collection of mini-games from Japan (or possibly Korea?), with imperfectly translated English.

Some of the mini-games included:

- a witch flying on a broomstick

- a spot-the-difference game called "Differant" (spelled incorrectly like that)

- a shooting game that instructed you not to "shoot to a baldhead"

- a game where you rescued people from a burning building (the men you rescued said, "Thank you" in a comically low voice, the women said it in a comically high voice)

I want to say the title involved a repeating word, like "Bam Bam" or "Pow Pow" or whatever, but I might be remembering that wrong.
mmm..it could be

BonBon Paradise (1997)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7z4l1yPlks

but some points don't match..maybe your game was a clone of this one or a pirated version..anyway check it out, hope is this one.
This wasn't correct, but it was close enough that it helped me figure out the search terms I needed to find the correct answer which is: More More Plus!

So, thank you!

I remember playing a game when I was younger that was on Playstation or PS2. It was older and it had to be either a later Playstation game or one of the first PS2 games released. I don't remember all the details of the game or even the story line but I do remember the protagonist was a young tribal boy that had to collect bells that were along the paths of the woods. I don't recall the bells being in a village. They were more of in a wood looking area and the boy had to avoid waking up a purplish/pinkish bear that slept in the woods. On the cover the boy stood in front with the bear awake behind him with a vicious look on its face. I know it wasn't Tak and the Power of Juju or Tak and the Staff of Dreams. Please help! I have been searching for this game for far too many years
Pretty sure that this is "Herdy Gerdy"

This sounds like "Moho/Ball Breakers".

This game is impossible to find...

Platform(s): PC (Not sure on consoles)

Genre: Fantasy RTS

Estimated year of release: somewhere between 2000 - 2006

Graphics/art style: Warcraft like, armies of exigo, warlords battlecry, dark fantasy, mystic soundtracks

Notable characters: Armored horseriders and red demon bosses

Notable gameplay mechanics: Warcraft like (a mix of armies of exigo and warlords: battlecry 2)

Other details: (Only tried the demo version) It started like this, you control a captain / soldier and need to find your way to the fort/castle. When you arrive at the fort , where you could produce troops and build towers etc. you were constantly getting attacked by demon creatures which you have to keep in check with two of your towers protected by walls on each side. The unit production goes very slow, so you have to wait for reinforcements. After some time a large army of armored white-looking horse riders arrive and the horserider captain gives a dialogue bfore you sweep over the demons camp and the victory is yours, for this map. I 've been looking for this game for months and cant even find a clue.... Please, i would even pay the person who finds this game for me!

Some more information would be necessary to track the game down.

A shot in the wild.... could be "Return to Mysterious Island"

I was playing a pc game about 2 or 3 years ago, where one could ride in a tank, in snowy areas, or fly in small jets to mountains and land on platforms, than enter and rout out the enemy. I can't remember this game's name. Any ideas? Thanks.
