Hello, I made an account just for this thread :')
I am here for 2 games

1:
-It's a PC game (don't know it it was for consoles too)
-It came from around the year 2000 according to the graphics
-The player is a burglar/thief, there's an open world and you need to rob places, you can collect gear and loot and stuff to use in your next robberies, it's an open world and it all looks very cartoony, there are people and cars. You can also choose a getaway car but I don't remember if you could drive in the game. I think the game was some sort of bird's eye view but I could be wrong. Anyway you look like some slick guy in a suit I think, and your normal getaway car is a small yellow car, and I remember atleast one item being a crowbar.
The city itself looked kinda dark and grim, but cartoony.
-I played it not too long ago (couple of years)

EDIT: I FOUND IT! "The Sting!"

2:
-It's an old racing game (Around 2000-2004?), but I remember weapons being a part of the game
-The box art cover featured I think a Dodge Viper with a minigun mounted on it's hood, and maybe an explosion in the background.

I remember there were lots of vehicles to choose from, (one of them being a black sports car with a flames decal??)
I remember two maps: A jungle and a desert. In the start of the desert map you are on a road looking at some sort of canyons/mountains/tunnels of rock that you need to drive through.

I've looked everywhere for vehicular combat games, and here's a list of which games it isn't
-Twisted Metal
-Vigilante 8
-Rumble Racing (<- This features the same "Desert" level I described, so I could've mixed it up with that game levels wise)
-Death Race
-Interstate '76
-Carmageddon
-Speed Busters
-Armobiles
-Crush Hour
-Full Auto
-The list goes on and on

Anyway it's not a very known game because else I would've found it already :')

So if anyone could help me with these two games, I would really appreciate it.

EDIT: I found a game very similar to it: "ROAD WARS"
It even has the boxart that resembles my description, though I don't think this is the game.
http://www.tudocompleto.com/2009/04/road-wars-pc-fullrip.html

Anyway, look for a game that resembles this :')
Not Spy Hunter is it? They did a re-release of the game in 2001. And it has a sports car with guns on it on the PS2 game cover. http://www.highrescovers.com/ps2-covers/spy-hunter-usa-1417.html
No, that's not it. But thanks!

Can someone please help me remember the name of a game that's really been bugging me ?

1. It can out around lets say 2000
2. It was on PC
3. You had to build a theme park and in the very first tutorial it showed you how to make a merry-go round
4. In each level you had to reach an amount of visitor/money I think.
5. You could build things such as different coloured dodgem attractions.
6. It's not Theme Park Inc.

Would really appreciate.

i'm so lucky to find this thread.
im looking for a race game, it include weapons, spikes, so you can plat tires. Its something between re-volt(take weapons from crates or squares idk) and NFS (modern cars, not like re-volt)
i had on cd, and its PC game. I played on my old computer (pentuim 3). The game is very similar to Blur,i was thinking i found it but, Blur is released 2010, and i played this 6-7 years ago. There are NO machineguns on the cars, and your NICKNAME is written on the car registration on the back. The maps are cities, like Paris, Rome(i remember Rome was night). Thats all i could remember.
I would appreciate any help

I have been looking for this game for years. It is a 1-4 player computer game, windows 98 I believe. You had a little space ship. Each one was a different color, and each one started in a different corner of the screen. First level was shooting asteroids that kept breaking into smaller pieces. They just bounced around the screen and when you got them all you went to the next level. Every level had something different to shoot. The only other things I remember is pool balls and eyeballs but there were many different things. Your space ship had a boost so you could move around the screen and a shield so if you got out of control you could bounce around the objects. It was on a disc with many other arcade games and for the life of me I can't remember it. Its been driving me nuts. Every time I search for it, it just comes up with the old original asteroids game and that is definitely not it. Any help would be great. Thanks!!

HELP!
I've been trying to remember this PC game for years, but the more I try to recall, the more it fades...
I think I was playing it a good 15yrs ago.
It was set in space, on a planet? You were a woman, possibly carrying out missions. Birds eye view, flying a spaceship/plane around a grid, much like grand theft auto. The play was interrupted by dialogue screens between characters. I remember there being an accident, and the woman character was now half robot.
That's all I've got...

Any help!
A few days late, but this sounds a lot like Traffic Department 2192.

Hey, I was looking for an old pc game that I used to play. I dont remember much, but I do know it was possible to break your bones, receive cuts in battles, get sick, lose blood, etc, all which had to be taken care of. It was a first person and you had weapons such as a bow, axe and a pistol. It was pretty open world, out in the wilderness I got lost a couple times, and I remember you had a list of targets to kill. There were yetis and thats about all I remember, I played it as a kid about give or take 10-12 years ago but no clue when it could have been released.

Edit: Nvm found it "Deus"

Ok I'm going to repost this here just in case anyone remembers them some early '90s detective games.

I'm looking for an early 90's detective adventure game. All I can remember about it is that the detective's hideout had a big pool of inky black liquid that you went to for healing and some storyline events. It was done in a photo realistic style ala Tex Murphy: Under a Killing Moon.
It also had puzzles in it sort of like the 7th Guest games.

Ok, this is a game that I played on an Apple machine (NOT a Macintosh, this was before the school got Macintoshes) in about 1994. Not exactly sure what machine it was, but we had to use it like a console machine to play games (actually turn the computer off, take the 5 1/4 disk out, put the new one in and turn it on). May have been an Apple II, but I'm not sure.

Anyway, the game was called Halloween, I think. Or that was the game on the disk. Now I look back on it, it was rather Cthlulhu-esque. It was interactive fiction, similar to Infocom's game Quest for Excallibur, where you had to type in commands to do things.

You were a sort of investigator going through various Halloween-themed scenes and I think the object of the game was rescue this princess who had been turned into a statue. You had to avoid a werewolf who chased you about, you went into a castle and could vanquish a vampire with a cross you found there, and there was this disgusting purplish troll who did strange stuff to you as well as give bronx cheers.

Any idea what this game was called? I can't find it anywhere.

I remember playing a some kind of adventure on PC where you start in a US 1950s-styled kitchen in a small town. You don't remember anything and tell that to your family. Everybody talks you down since you have always been "a funny one". The game then gets a lot bloodier and more bizarre including a strange cult. The animations in the game were also quite special (real life person filmed and included in the game), I think this style was quite popular in a period of the 90s.

Any help with the title of the game?

Edit: "Harvester" is the title.

Hi everyone :)

I'm looking for the title of an Asteroids-like game from late 90's, perhaps 2000. I remember it being quite funny in its expression, as the "asteroids" for each level were replaced by eyeballs, snooker balls and so on.

I'd appreciate your help.

Looking for a PC game that came out between 1995-2000 (could be 2001-2002). All I remember is playing as either humans or "greys" in the campaign. You had your basic soldier units, advanced units, flyers, etc. It's not Starcraft. I remember it had cinematics, too. One I remember distinctly was of some humans fighting some greys and one of the greys got their head blown off and it should the pulsing red insides.

Any ideas?

I want to say Mars something, or Red, or maybe I'm totally wrong. I remember also that selecting units when playing as the Greys would have this cheesy robotic voice. I remember "Trooper" sounded like Tooper.

Help! Any is massively appreciated!

I NEED HELP. I once played this game on PS2 where you were an asain fighter guy and you used the right joystick to fight. If you tilted back you would hit the person behind you, same goes for all other directions. I just remember that it was a third person game where you would run and jump over stuff and then fight groups of people. Please help if you can.

i have a seperate thread on this cuz im new to the site and didnt realize this thread so im gonna ctrl c, then v it:
new to the site, stumbled onto it while trying to identify and old arcade that was at a local grocery store growing up.thats right kids, you heard me;there used to be arcade games at grocery stores.man they were everywhere...anyways i think this is gonna be a hard one.these are the details i remember:
*it was a sidescroller.
*there were four players, the main one i think was a white guy that had an orange(or yellow?)outfit with a star on the chest, there was a girl(i think red outfit),a black guy in a green outfit(pretty sure his name was edgar and he was the biggest), and i think another dude that wore blue.(not sure about the blue guy, pretty sure it was another white guy).
*everybody had lasers or some kinda gun,one of the power-ups is a jetpack
*i was a kid so this predates playstation.by alot.it was roughly between 1990-95
*i fed this thing many quarters,as older games were generally harder.so if u find the name of this game you are the MAN!unless you're a woman. then yknow, you da WOMAN!
